I'd give it zero stars if I could. It is a scam and a deceiving website. I hope you're fully invested in this site because they will trick and deceive you into not being able to cancel. If you want to cancel, they will make their cancellation process take you back to the profile page without actually doing anything. Then when your renewal day is coming up they won't send you an email or a alert, they'll just take the money. I called to say that I had cancelled my account and to ask why It hadn't been cancelled and was met with excuses and told that they don't offer refunds unless it's a day before. I didn't even know the renewals was still there!! I had cancelled it! But they hide the buttons for moving forward with subscription cancellation in small grey writing at the bottom of the page and word the 'go back' button with a big green 'Continue'. Who puts 'Continue' on a button that takes you back! It's misleading and deceiving and the dating site itself isn't even any good!! They also did not make it clear on the subscription page either that when you book a year payment that they would take the money all in one chunk and would not allow for any refunds until the following year. So if you buy the wrong one by accident because of their MISWORDED buttons, they will not give you your money back or allow you to go back and chose the right one. I wasted $166 last year and they took it again this year. I am so furious. Do not trust any site that is so sketchy and misleading! Especially not this! I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
