I am very disappointed with this company for various reasons. As a mature woman not familiar with dating sites, I decided to subscribe based on the fact that there was a 14 day cooling off period. I paid a substantial amount to Join only to realise that I had less than 4 matches in a 70mile radius and 10 years age gap. Realising this dating site could not facilitate my needs I contacted them within 12 hours to cancel. I was then informed that I was only entitled to a partial refund of 20 percent. Despite reading the terms and conditions prior to subscribing, which description in dating 14 day cooling off period. As a pensioner I think it's a disgrace.

It's the worse dating app. They are just all about money and not meeting customers expectations. I joined for about 2weeks and wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay about 200plus pounds because I can't cancel.

This website is only intrested in your money . My experience has led me to see this site as parasitc. Due to a tramatic experienc relationships was out of the question.I asked for the site to cancel my subscrpiton of future payments . They refused knowing that I would be paying for A service that I cound not use. My advise is do not subscribe. people cirmunstanaces change They dont care. They just want your money. one star is too much

As soon as I joined my account was hacked and false information injected into my profile. I reported it to E Harmony but they were not interested and denied it happened. Needless to say I will never use it and I will not get my money refunded. DO NOT USE

eharmoney scam begins hereIt is the first time I have paid money and been rewarded with less access to a product or service.If you pay for membership, but do not agree to the 'psychological profile' you cannot access the website for the 14 days of the evaluation period. So, you cannot evaluate eharmony during the evaluation period. You will have no access to your account, so you cannot opt out during the evaluation period.The only way to get a refund is to call the company on the phone. The customer service reps cannot grant you access to the account you have paid to upgrade to premium. The only way to access your account is to cancel your payment. Currently, the only way to evaluate eharmony during the 14 day evaluation period is to agree to pay them $65 if you cancel, prior to being granted access.I can't tell you if eharmony is good or bad, because when I paid to be access features like sending multiple messages, being able to search in my area, or see photos, eharmony would not let me log in.It's pathetic that this company behaves like this. They are taking advantage of people who are trying to connect with other people using their platform. Their tagline is 'love begins here', but they don't seem to have any love for their paying customers

DO NOT USE!!! Money grabbers! Reactivated my account, cancelled ten minutes later after remembering how bad it is compared to tinder and due to a compatibility quiz that was partially completed the first time I signed up they presumed I'd used it on this occasion and therefore charged me a further $50 on top of the already paid $15 and had the audacity to say that this was after a 50% discount! Challenged this through customer services on the phone and email and no understanding whatsoever just stuck to their script in order to snatch cash from people, terrible service terrible customer service, try tinder they're much better!

DO NOT USE.I tried to cancel within 24 hours and was told they would only refund $6 as the compatability report cost them $130 to compile.They said as its used the site they wouldn't refund. I hadn't even messaged or liked anyone. Avoid at all costs, money grabbing

Do NOT use eharmony. I tried to cancel in the 14 day cooling off period because it was rubbish. They didnt contact me till afterwards when I told them I wanted to cancel and then told me I was tied to a contract. I explained I am currently going through a divorce, left with debt from my ex and a single mother and could not afford to make repayments. They REFUSED to compromise or help and only want their money. I'm currently looking into legal advice for getting my money back and putting blocks on the banks against their payments. They literally have left me with pennies to pay for food for me and my daughter because they are refusing to help cause of their mistake.DO NOT USE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS.
