"Terrible errrr harmony"

Been trying to get my data removed from their website which has been like going to war to reclaim what's mine not theirs. I have asked the customer services to remove my data since they no longer are in-service in my area. Their words not mine. Anyway, since I'm cancelled - I want my data off their website including my profile pic.I don't want to be used as a placeholder. I thought eharmony was more harmonious than this. I was wrong about them.

The worst dating website out there. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up but I signed up in a vulnerable state. If you're looking for a relationship with a normal guy, do not use eHarmony. Every single guy is a total creep on this website. I met one person and he was so gross and creepy. The quiz they give you is total crap - you're better of taking the actually free 16 personalities test online with any potential partner if you're interested in that sort of thing. If you don't cancel within their 14 day period, they will charge you for whatever period you signed up for. I didn't realise I'd signed up for a whole year's worth and now I'm going to be out $295. eHarmony is a joke and should be shut down honestly. Waste of time and money - I hope they go bankrupt!! Do you yourself a favour and if you're willing to pay for dating apps, pay for Bumble or Hinge premium instead. Way better service and way better guys.

"ALL CONTACTS EHARMONY EMPLOYEE CATFISH"

When I posted my profile,within a millisecond I had approx 20 posted likes from "other members". These were all outwith my geographic and age range criteria. On day 2 there were 2 additional likes, but upon engaging in conversation,their main concern was for me to upgrade to Premium membership..catfish employed by EHARMONY. On day 3 I cancelled my subscription,I had paid $134 for 6 months membership. I was told that in the T&Cs they were entitled to hold onto my profile details that I had submitted,non refundable despite the 14 day cancellation and additionally I had engaged in their services by contacting 2 other 'members'. their own catfish!!Refund of $65 only. I am now in touch with my Credit Card under Section 75 for the withheld $69. I am sure that my photographs and profile will be used to sucker other people into their money making web of deceit

Avoid avoid avoid There customer care and service is a absolute disgrace and no interest in anything than getting there money and ripping people off and in my opinion should be shut down as there just scammers No option for zero stars but if there was this is what they would get A disgrace and should be shut down

I am giving it a one star review, purely based on the confusing payment terms for a subscription that eharmony won't let me out of. I used it for one month, happy to pay for that, then told them I want to cancel but can't - even though I will not be using it.They won't change it.Also, potentialy suitors would come appear on my feed from halfway around the world, despite my distance settings being SIGNIFICANTLY smaller.I recommended that they change the wording so that it's easier for people to understand what they are about to be roped into - and told them that I would write an online review about it! So, here it is.Neither the online review nor the recommendation were acknowledged. I'm just bitter because I want my moneyz back.Otherwise, sensible dating website as it mathces you using loads of criteria. Definitely not a Tinder-style app.

Disgusting payment practices. Unclear. Not customer friendly. Your "cancel subscription" only cancels the renewal. I signed up for a year without realising. I thought i nipped it in the bud by canceling with8n 14 days. And the sites not even that good!!! I'm appalled.

Don't even want to give them 1 star! Absolute worst dating site out there. I only signed up because they sent me an offer of a free trial. After taking this out I had a family bereavement and understandably dating wasn't at the forefront of my mind. During this time the free trial ending and I was automatically transferred onto a paid contract..for 12 months. Now I'm getting emails saying I owe them $358.80!!!!! For a site I don't use and have absolutely no intention of using. I am a single mum and do not have this money! And if I did I wouldn't be wasting it on this terrible site! I think it's shocking the way they con you into signing up. There's no way I'd knowingly sign up to something of this cost. No way! Now they're saying I signed up so have to pay! It's actually making me unwell thinking about it!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT JOIN!! You are requested to fill out a 'personality' report and there is no way of avoiding this if you want to be able to see anyone. THIS WILL COST YOU $65 - they say you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days but only put in the small print that they will charge you $65 anyway - so cunning and deceptive so PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

AVOID THIS DREADFUL DATING SITE!!!They are ripping people off. After filling in a lengthy specific questionnaire, they came up with about 6 profiles for me to view!!! Half of them were 200 miles away!!!I decided to cancel within 14 days as it was not working for me, and within minutes they took $56.00 from my bank account, with no warning. I e-mailed them to say I was not happy and wanted to cancel, and they just kept on about some clause about cancelling before 14 days!! Never heard so much rubbish!!!They are not understanding or sympathetic towards their members, they just want to take your money.
