I joined taking a 6 month contract. After being on there for about 1 week I decided that it wasn't for me and asked to close the account for a refund. I was told because I had a psychological profile, which you have to do to set up an account, that I would have to pay in total $65 for 7 days of use. This is a disgusting site who rip people off. In no way does it offer a 14 day refundable contract.

Terrible terrible dating site. It is not free. The site is absolutely useless in terms of functionality unless you pay. The membership is expensive and completely pointless because hardly anyone responds to messages or sends messages. In 19 months I had one terrible date. The profiling and matching is useless. Most of the people I have been matched with have not been 'my type'. There are much better and cheaper dating sites. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH EHARMONY. The customer service team are unhelpful and just respond with nonsense, scripted responses. Once they have your money, they aren't interested.

I messaged 3 days into my subscription regarding a question around canceling my account with a full refund , I only wanted an answer not a action taken against my account, they deleted my account without consent so now they are breaching there terms and conditions as I'm a paying customer and therefore entitled to my 6 months subscription, If I was told there aren't any refunds available, then I would have stayed a member for the 6 month duration, So I asked I want either my old account that you have unlawfully cancelled reinstating or a new account setting up with the premium I have already paid Had no response from them Disgusted stay well clear

Awful platform. You have to pay to discover that actually there's no harmony - limited choices with the same faces again and again and quite a stagnant messaging / matching structure. Communication is scripted and like talking to a brick wall. Wanted to cancel after 3 months and they refused, saying I had to pay until 2025 despite my unhappiness with their product. They deleted my account so I would have had to set it all up again / pay for the personality test again but still expected me to pay until 2025!? Now they are threatening debt collection. How can I be responsible for paying for something I think is substandard and don't want? SCAM INFLEXIBLE money grabber company. AVOID.
