An absolutely appalling business!! Drawn in with enticing promises, and then impossible to withdraw due to being chained non negotiable T&C's. Robbers in suits - steer well clear!!!!

Be really careful. I signed up as it was on special offer. I was sent an email to complete a questionnaire for a 'Personality Profile' which i filled out, thinking it was all part of the enrolment fee. Excited about my new adventures, I put my pictures on and waited in anticipation. 11 matches in total were offered to me. None of which were compatible. 2 lived in my area.The one man I messaged turned out to be vile with his language. I had to block him. I deleted my account within 24 hours. However $64.45 was still taken from my account. They won't pay it back. Do not use this site. THEY TRICK YOU INTO PAYING MORE - FOR NOTHING!

It is Total Fake Profiles and Scammers pretending to be from UK but actually they are from Russia,Africa..Guys dont join this Site it is waste of your Money and Scammers steal your information.eharmony knows about this and they dont give a Damn about your safety and Privacy.So my Request to you is Do not sign on Eharmony..

AVOID! Avoid at alll costs, they prey on your vulnerabilities, I paid for a year and didn't know they had auto renew on because you cannot see it in the app. They then sent me a email saying I owe them $300+ because I had renewed and thay 14 day cancellation doesn't apply. It's a total scam run by absolute scumbags, DO NOT USE!

Even the fake profiles are unrealistic. Old women with kids and high expectation from their future partner.I haven't searched for profile outside UK so I can't say for the rest.Stay away from all dating sites besides Tinder. Are just scams and fakes. No real girls.

Signed up on a recurring billing rate and went through all the onboarding steps only to find relatively few matches in my area and even fewer willing to reply to messages. After three months I decided to call it quits, only to find out there's no way to cancel your subscription. Now I'm getting harassed by creditors seeking payment for a service I do not use. Some dating sites may offer a good service but compared to eHarmony you'd be better off taking a vow of celibacy.

DISGUSTING COMPANY, threatened me with law enforcement and bailiffs for missing one payment due to my card expiration. I had an email saying due to a missed payment, they required full payment. I had already previously asked to cancel as the website is rubbish but the refused. There's hardly anyone who uses this app. You are better off on bumble or tinder. Stay away from this company, they are money grabbing vultures. The customer services is vile. Nothing more to say.

"E-harmony are criminals"

They are a dating website that if you find a partner. she will leave you as you still pay for it even after finding her! They get you someone just to sabotage it by not letting you cancel. Proper scam this!!! Be careful. I will post every time they steal my money. Eventually my contract will end but hopefully my posts will hurt them for yrs until they lose all they robbed me of. Thieving people, cant cancel as it will affect your credit rating. Criminals they are!

Awful, wish I'd read these reviews before I signed up (for 2 years, unbeknown to me). Could not cancel, and they are still banging on about me paying for 2 years, even though it's shocking, not offering what they are advertising, I actually met someone outside of the site, yet they still want me to pay, I don't think so. I have ended up contacting my bank and stopping reoccurring payments, regardless of the fact I have revoked authorisation to retain any of my details. Avoid. Avoid and avoid at all costs!!!!

If you are reading this, you are likely considering signing up, DO NOT!, unless you want to be paying hundreds for an extremely poor service in terms of matches and the extremely poor supposed science based matchmaking which seems to equal the same result as a blind dog picking matches.People also assume incorrectly that eharmony care that it's customers have a good experience THEY DONT, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT is GETTING as MUCH money out of YOU as THEY POSSIBLY CAN!!!!
