If I could rate eharmony any lower then I would. In short,everything negative thing people are saying on here is true. I'm trying to claw back my extortionate payment through legal channels. Wish I'd seen this site before I shelled out all my cash

"Don't get involved with this company"

Helped themselves to my bank account and apalling customer service. Closed my account and still tried to take money over a year later for a further 12 months. Rude and obnoxious emails from Natasha S. demanding money or my account would be blocked - that I haven't got! Don't sign up.

"Expensive and waste of time"

Expensive to start with and hidden 12 month subscription (you find out after you signed up). They sell it as a monthly premium but dont make it clear you sign up for 12 months.Literally no photos, almost every profile has no image with little to no information about the profile.In a year as a member I had multiple messages. almost all of which were banned a few hours later as being from a scam account. Lost count of how many people who wanted to chat only to try to move it to email? One match I did message said she had cancelled her membership over a year ago and couldnt understand why her profile was still live on the site?Save your money and time and leave this site alone.

Pls pls do not bother joining this site Honestly if I could rate less I would , I signed up for 6 months this site last year, I barely even lasted weeks because it barely had people on it and the few there were fake so i took down my profile and deactivated my account, fast forward last week they attempted to take out $274.80 from my account luckily my bank stopped it , I contacted the customer support they completely ignored the fact that I was no longer on it , they keep insisting it's automatic ( conveniently written away for you to not pick up on it)

Please don't join. Lots of the profiles are fake/dummy profiles made to look like they have more members than they do. They disappear when you like them. If you say you want to leave the mystery profiles return and start messaging you telling you how great the "platform" is and how you should stick with it.When you cancel in the cooling off period you get charged $65 for a personality profile you had to fill in in order to join. AVOID

I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up, the first time. I cancelled first time and got stung for the Compatibility report, which I argued with their customer services with over quite a few emails as you don't get a choice but to fill it in when you begin to 'sign up'. 45 pages of useless, allegedly, scientific information!I then fell for the offer of 60% off a 12 month subscription, thinking, 'well they've already take $65, so let's actually see if the nonsense report does anything.' I wasn't disappointed, I was right from the off, it's as useful as a handbrake on a canoe. There wasn't very many possible matches in my area, so I'll take my chances in the actual real world and see what happens.I would advise not to bother signing up, it's a total waste of money.

Please keep away form them, this is the organisation that take advantage of people and trick them to take the money in the name of love. I cancelled after 2 days and they charged me $65. They took the money out of my account before they replied to my cancellation Email.So be careful.I have advised them to find an honest line of work

I thought I would try this one again, however, they are still money orientated and customer services should be directing traffic, or other jobs which ARE useful.They wouldn't let me access my account. They rejected my password then asked me to change it. They would not send me a new password, but asked me to click on a link. For security reasons I refused, but I asked for an email so that I could go onto the site. So many good site out there, so avoid this money grabbing prima donna site.Their common statement on every email is 'I will be glad to assist you'. 10 day later, they hadn't. They were not that great before (see my previous review) but are getting worse, I have had emails over the 10 days from 7 separate individuals. Nice personal touch. I paid over $100 up front and they had the audacity to take $65 for doing nothing when I asked for a refund, under the guise of something profile related. What a con !!!!

"Eharmony Subscription Service in Shambles"

I joined Eharmony back in August 2023 and subscribed to what I believed was a 6 month subscription! I've now found out after a very long chain of emails with the customer care team that I'm subscribed to a 1 year subscription and have outstanding payments. I've now got a debt collection agency asking for my money and I'm completely shook in all honesty as can sincerely say that what I signed up to is not what I've got! The subscription layout and information provided is very poor in my opinion, and does not state things clearly. Unfortunately my case is one of many similar cases, and clearly shows how in need of redesign their subscription service is! I can only hope Eharmony see this and many other similar reviews, to see and understand that their formula and services simply doesn't cater for their customers!!
