It was a big mistake to subscribe to this dating website. Please read small prints as you will end up out of pocket even if you decide to cancel your subscription before the 14 days period. I paid $86.16 for 6 months. Cancelled less than a week later. $65.00 was deducted for a useless 'individually tailored Personality Profile which contained an in-depth exploration of your psychological make-up and personal values based on your answers to our Compatibility Quiz.' So total refund was $21.54. Better stick with Match.com; not great but at least cheaper and you can expand your search to areas outside the UK.

Please refund the money you deducted, I was hacked and someone used my account. I never used dating application and never will use. Cancel it and refund my money I badly need it. And this site is not available to the country where I am located, no application to be downloaded so useless. Kindly refund me asap.

Please avoid this site! Got locked into a 24 month contract I had no idea I had signed up for. Tried to stop payments and they sent debt collectors after me. Apart from this, it's the worst dating site I've ever joined, very few options and just a very frustrating experience overall.

Sucked me in with half price membership, was very disappointed with the site due to barely any suitable people and suspicions of some fake profiles. Horrified that the company then automatically renewed my membership the following year and at a 100% price increase (over $350). Supposedly this was in the small print and they had sent me an email reminder (which I didn't receive funny enough). I contacted them as soon as I saw the transaction pending, yet they refused to cancel it so in my eyes they have stolen this money. Every other retailer or online shop if you don't use a service you have a calling off period and can get a refund in 30 days but not with this company. Read the reviews, A lot of unhappy customers and people caught in the same situation.

Stay away from eharmony. You will never meet a match as they all live to far away. I joined for one day I messaged eharmony to ask for my refund the next day. I got charged $65:00 for a compatibility test which I thought was free I would never have done it. All a scam eharmony.

Wish I'd read reviews before signing up. Signed up to eharmony thinking it was a rolling contract, cancelled my account after maybe a month and havnt used it since, ive now received an email from Hmcollect saying that I owe them nearly $200.There's not enough people in my area that use the app so I decided it wasn't for me, after seeing the ratings I understand why nobody uses it now.I thought they were a legit company one of the "go to's" for dating. But after reading the reviews it feels like it's just a scam.

I am an ethnic minority and filtered my search criteria on all ethnic minorities, including those that classified themselves as "other". For my unique profile I was shocked to see only 40 people were displayed as a potential match for me to review in the whole of the UK, and there were very few new members joining the app over a period of a month. I asked eHarmony if they would consider cancelling my subscription as there was no one for me on their site. They cancelled my subscription immediately and took a $65 cancellation fee. I really don't see this company lasting much longer. There database is really poor and have no idea of customer service.

Very poor website/app and barely any even remotely suitable matches in a 50 mile radius of area where I live. Definitely not worth the money or effort.

I just hat a notification that eharmony took $430.80 from my account. My subscription runs out today ant tomorrow it starts as a 12 month subscription so I asked them to cancel it but I was told I can't. This company is a ripoff. DO NOT USE IT
