"I am not happy with the recent change."

I am not happy with the recent change to only being able to like someone before you send a message. In the past, I would get messages from men which allowed me to decide about responding - as they'd introduce themselves etc.Now the the first reach out is just a like .. Usually in the profile picture and I'm not sure what to do with that, also you cannot message - you have to like someone first .the recent change feels restrictive and I don't check the app as frequently now.

"Horrendous company"

Horrendous company. Any normal company would refund you if you weren't happy with the service after 24hrs of use. Not E harmony. They took $65 off me for some 'compatibility test' I filled out which was in very small print in T&Cs. They went on to try and take even more money saying my account was active, which it wasn't. Absolute scammers!

"I'd give 0 stars if I could"

Despite having a 14 day cooling off period they are attempting to charge me over $50 for 2 days use. Simply due to them sending a very generic "profile" to my email inbox. I will be reporting them to trading standards, as should everybody else they have conned out of money.

"NEVER get involved"

NEVER get involved with this company- just don't. They aren't out for anything other than to take peoples money. The basic membership doesn't afford you even messaging people or seeing anything and they trap you into a year membership even if you want to cancel. I cancelled my renewal, but there was absolutely no information to hand about how to cancel payments- I'm now stuck with a membership that I won't use. Please, I implore you to look at a different option, it just isn't a good dating site altogether. "Serious singles" - no. It's outdated.

"Only half of payment refunded"

Joined EHarmony 04/03/2024. Charge for 6 months was $134.55 which included a compulsory 'Personality Profile' - basically a multi-choice questionnaire - charge of $65!!!!!!! Stated full refund if cancelled within 14 days.I DID cancel, as my profile couldn't be seen by other members by Day 3 . 07/03/2024 but they kept the $65.I sent several emails stating why I wanted to cancel, but just received the usual AI generic responses.So. it has cost me $65 for being a member of EHarmony just under 72 hours!!!Bad form EHarmony!Valerie

"$65 stolen from me"

Been swindled out of $65 for having a go at the subscription for a month.I instantly disliked what I got for my money and requested a refund. I was met with a fee of $65. Customer service are robotic, didn't adress my concerns and are now charging my card the full ammount (it was originally going in installments).

BE WARNED! This site is a total rip off, I gave it 24 hours and didn't even get a profile view, so I cancelled as it said I had 14 days.I never got the $14.95 that I paid and I got charged an extra $50.55 for a personal plan they had sent me which I hadn't even seen and once I did I knew it was a scam.That's how they make their money! I got charged $65.40 for being on less than 24 hours....PLEASE don't bother with this dating site!
