"Terrible scamming company"

Terrible scamming company. I signed up for premium membership only to find very few people in my area. They are supposed to match you with people suited to status education etc but they seemed to match me with anyone! Cancelled within 48 hours and they have kept $65 of my money which I'm currently disputing with my bank! Don't touch this company with a bargepole absolute scammers!!

Absolute con artist, say 14 day cancellation but charge $65 for a report you don't want

"Non Premium users can't do anything!"

They offer a premium account when in fact this is the basic account you need to do anything. They say you can use the site for free and the premium account gives added extras but the reality is, you can't view profiles or message without the premium account. Customer experience is worst I've had on any dating site.

Such a disappointment. With no mention of a chargeable personality profile - (which is very poor and based on outdated personality studies) and is useless - it is time for companies to come clear with this kind of scam financial management where they trip customers up with legal loopholes. Unfair and I resent having given them even the slightest bit of my trust.

Very few suitable dates (ie none within 100 miles). Cancelled within 14 day period but it still cost me $65 for a personality profile that they simply reused from when I joined previously. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE!!!I cancelled within the 14 day policy then they charged me $135 for a psychological profile which I had to do to set up a profile, no mention of a fee (but in their terms & conditions apparently) Set of scammers!!!

DO NOT JOIN!! I tried to cancel after one day and they then took a further payment for a stupid report - absolute con - disgusting behaviour

No dates, fake profiles galore, suspect many of them are bots to keep punters paying. Realised it was rubbish. Very gambling like experience, like, message no response. Leave it a few days and repeat. Cancelled within14 days and xmas holidays meant it went over 14 days by a couple of days. They would not offer even a partial refund.
