"No refunds, auto ship you"
I ordered something to help sleep and it didn't agree with me so I stopped taking them. Then I see $120 on my credit card and another order on its way. I called to tell them I didn't order and she said I was on an auto renewal. The funny thing is I only paid half of that for the initial order. She told me no refund, sorry! I told her the package did not get there and they could route it back to their warehouse or I'd call fedex and refuse it. She said I could do whatever but no matter what I'm not getting a refund. I know I didn't put myself on auto renew. I'll call fedex and my credit card company and put an end to this!

"I placed an order on Nov 19th"
I placed an order on Nov 19th , Dr. Approved on Nov 21st . Credit card was charged a few days later. It is now Jan 2nd 2022 and still has not been shipped !They had no problem charging my credit card though. IWas counting on having this percsription for my Christmas vacation ! This company is not up to par in the least . Guy`s there are other companies you can choose or just go right to your Dr.

"Buyer beware - pricing is not honored"
The original meeting the pharmacist recommended 10mg; up to that point, all of the pricing had been based on 10mg for 90-days. The prescription was filled as 5mg, when I inquired they noted new patients they prefer to start at 5mg, if needed I could switch to 10mg for the next 90 days (1st refill). Local pricing from Costco (30.47 - 90 pills @ 10mg), Walmart (39.35 - 90 pills @ 10mg), Walgreens (65.47 - 90 pills @ 10mg); when I contacted RexMD they noted their price = $10 per pill, basically 90 pills would be $900.00 . Concerns regarding bait-and switch on their original promises and commitments, as well as the pricing. If RexMD would have refilled at the original pricing for the 10mg, which they substituted for 5mg I may have continued and not checked with a local pharmacy. RexMD is not in-line with pricing, and does not honor their previous commitments. I have notified a supervisor of my concerns and suspended all future orders.Post was created after multiple attempts to work with RexMD customer service, each of which was a recorded line (conversation), they can review what their own employees have done/said. I have spoken with multiple customer service representatives, as well as a Supervisor. Mentions of 100% customer satisfaction are noted online only and are not backed up during phone conversations

Constantly calling me multiple times every day from multiple different numbers. I did not even request these calls.Have been reporting every number that calls me as a spam call.

Would not use for any urgent or pressing medical needs. The "processing time" at Rexmd has now been a week and the medication has not even been shipped. Online convenience is nice but would have been much quicker to go through primary care and local pharmacy.

The company is scum when it comes cancelling your auto-prescription. There is no simple way to stop your Rx for a month or longer, and they don't send you a text or email "before" processing the Rx. It is a terrible way to do business. On the other hand, ordering is an easy process, so they get a 3. I will move to an alternate source because of their poor business ethics.

"So I requested help with sleep"
So I requested help with sleep. I paid 120$ and got a message from the doctor asking about depression and alcohol use when using sildenafil. Which is a ED medication. So I'm guessing records got mixed up because I didn't request help for ed. so after that mixup, everything got fixed and my script was sent to the pharmacy for the drug I was prescribed. It's now been 3 full days later and my order still hasn't shipped. It says on the site that it's processing. After paying 120$ for this service I would expect a swift shipping process. Especially involving medication. I've emailed customer service and haven't gotten a reply. Honestly I had a few reservations at first but now I'm pretty sure this isn't a very good service. I can't help but feel scammed. I hope this is just a minor mistake and this changes, but I don't see myself using this service again. Especially at the price they are asking.
