I received a refill on a prescription recently that I didn't realize was on an automatic renewal. But the kicker was that I was charged almost twice as much as my original order. I think this is a bait and switch for monetary purposes. I am a 72 yr old senior who thought I would be saving money but it has only cost me money. Beware of Rex MD.

"Unhappy customer"
I been buying Cialis from Rex Md for about a year the last to month have been difficult to get my script. They take out my money on the 25th of Nov they usually send me a shipping date within two days still no shipping day. I call on December 5th and talk with a representative she said they would be sending a shipping day still nothing yet. I'll be calling my credit card about this and get my money back. That sad how they treat good customers. All I want is what I paid for.

Don't trust! They send multiple text messages saying you get 95% off however they refuse to honor their promises.

"I was surprised at how long it takes."
I was surprised at how long it takes for the prescription to be sent out from thier location. I didn't know or read the fine print that said 7 to 10 business days and then by USPS! If I had read that I never would've ordered that's way too long for something that's readily available and then to send it by the slowest means possible to my location. When I asked to cancel they said no even though it hasn't shipped yet! With them using USPS I'll be lucky if it ever shows up.

I bought some medication via this site a year ago. Got several emails asking if I wanted a refill, finally when they had a sale I reordered. Suddenly recently my credit card was charged for an auto-shipment. Contacted company, they said I could cancel the auto shipment (that I did not know I had) but they would not stop this shipment or refund the charge. READ EVERY WORD!!! READ ANY FINE PRINT!!! Hate these sneaky "auto ship enrollment" companies. Watch out!

They shipped to the wrong address in January and billed my credit card. I called them to complain and they said sorry for the mistake and promised to Re ship to the correct address. After three calls over two months nothing has happened. Their customer service is terrible. I would recommend buying from some other supplier that cares about there customers.

"I called in about the different shape of the pills b4 taking"
I called in about the change in the pills without notification. The pills went from oval yellow shape to brown smaller pills, after I called in I was told RX changed vendors. The pills have a different effect, The oval ones works faster and better. light headache the next day also.

I placed my order and submitted all paper work. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called them back, they asked for more paper work and I send it in, a monthater nothing so i cancel my order and was told that I would not get a refund because all arders are final, so im out of my money and no meds.
