I had been going through months of trying to get my RX. Your company kept sending it to my old address, that was changed in your systems. 2x's a different rep. Did not do there job to correct and put my RX in the system correctly. I think that RX med should provide me with a courtesy bottle of mrds for the inconvenience of me waiting 3 months.

I Never received the generic viagra (Sildenafil) I ordered but was charged for it and the Testosterone pills, which they talked me into buying when I placed my order. I did receive the Testosterone associated with the USPS tracking number listed, and was told the sildenafil would come later, but after over a month passed and not receiving it, I checked my online account where it stated it was delivered at the same time I received the testosterone and had the same tracking number which was false as I only received I bottle of testosterone. I called and the associate apologized and said she saw the problem and would expedite the shipment of sildenafil to me at no extra charge and it would go out by overnight mail in 24-48 hours and that was over 2 weeks ago. So I checked back last week and now my online account says the sildenafil was delivered and the testosterone is in process of shipping which is wrong again as I received the testosterone on December 19, 2021 and am still waiting on the Sildenafil. I called again and spoke to a very rude agent and I asked to speak to a supervisor who she said would call me back as none were available. I am still waiting to receive that call from a supervisor. I then called again and the agent said she saw the problem and said the previous agent had entered it wrong and she would put in a ticket to have it fixed in 3-5 business days or less and it would then be sent to me by expedited mail. Well, guess what!? Yes, you guessed it, Still not fixed. I'm reporting this company as fraudulent to the appropriate online authorities and hope this review will help others not fall prey to this predatory company named Rex Md at RexMD. com. _Extremely irate, irritated and insulted in Louisville, KY, DN

the product is good but lately i don't know if my order is going to ship on time and the last 2 orders have not shipped in time right now they been processing. my order since 9-25-23 and it still hasn't shipped and they could not tell me when it would ship and thats a problem i will run out of product again for the 2nd month in a row this needs to be fixed. on order #4596095 they started processing my order on 9-25-23 and here we are on 10-11-23 and it still hasn't shipped i called customer service and they couldn't give me a date when it would ship i will run out of product this week and i take it daily the same thing happen last month not knowing when your product will ship is a problem.

The product itself is very good but the wait time is beyond ridiculous!! It took me well over a month and a half to get my order. And then when it finally arrived, they got my order wrong (shorted me 30 pills) there is a serious lack of communication between the customer service women and the pharmacy staff!! There are too many other companies out here (keeps, for him, roman) for your business to be conducted in this unprofessional manner. And yeah, I had to call them multiple times to see what the problem was, only to be fed various lines of bs! And once you place an order, you can not cancel for a refund. And those ads that you hear on the radio about "free" samples, please don't hold your breath waiting on anything free from them. I will definitely be taking my money and business to another company next time.

I was unaware this was a subscription service. When I was charged unexpectedly, I reached out to Rex MD and I am happy to say that they promptly fixed the issue. The order was cancelled and my money was refunded.
