Everyone talking about how nice and helpful Leah Shurmer was, but I only wish I had got that sweet person. She came off wrong at me and was very snappy. I was calm and cool like always. If she was having a bad day I do forgive her for that but , I don't do the disrespect thing. So I'm just going to let Rex go. Thanks for everything.

Rex MD is legitimate, in that they sell you a product. If you want/ need to cancel, however, they make it a very painful experience. Don't expect to easily find a way to cancel on their website or their app. Also, when you call, be prepared to wait a very long time and possibly be disconnected a couple times before you actually talk to a person. Once you do talk to a person, cancelling future deliveries is fairly easy. But it is clear that they intentionally add friction to the cancellation process as means of reducing churn. Save your money, your time, and your sanity: avoid this company.

I pay 20.00 extra for speedy delivery, but the delivery is not consistent. Never on the same date. Was not delivered on one occasion. Had to call FEDEX, jump through hoops REXMD.

Horrible communication and not to be trusted. I tried calling to cancel my subscription because it's impossible to do via the website. I couldn't get through and then another supply was sent before I finally talked to them. Scammers.

I am disappointed with my last order. I contacted customer service and expressed my concern, I complied with the request to submit pictures of the bottle. I am still waiting on a resolution to my situation. I have both emailed and contacted customer service several more times and requested a written resolution to the problem, but to no avail.

Order was canceled after it was being processed for 12 days. Payment was processed on the first day. Initial processing time was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days. I ran out of my previous refil days ago. Shouldn't a person expect for a prescription to be filled before they run out.I feel sorry for the poor people that have to answer your phones, if this is the way your business is run.I would definitely not recommend your company to a friend (maybe to someone I don't like).
