"Scam"
Placed a one time order. After 3 months got another charge and was told I signed up for a subscription for every three months.then told I needed to check a box to not get a subscription. Cancelled my "subscription" but initially told could not cancel second order since it was in "processing" after complaining, customer service did contact me and refunded my order. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Just be careful when ordering!

The worst customer experience I've ever had. Ordered 3 weeks ago, I've been told I'd get a call from a supervisor twice and that my order is being expedited 3 times. Everyone has been friendly, no one has been helpful. I'd advise anyone to find another provider.

I want to echo those concerns when the product does not work. It is very difficult to cancel. No way to do it on client portal. You have to call 866-294-3772. That is when the nightmare begins. Customer service works hard to upsell or convince you not to cancel. Very unprofessional and tacky to say the least. Best not to sign on with this organization to start with. Takes for ever to cancel after being on hold for a long time and waiting for them to figure out how to cancel your subscription once they are on the phone with you.

"Does not work -"
I have used Sildenifil 2 20mg tablets for a few years now and know the effects of the drug, slight flushing, erection and then slight headache afterwards. They sent me 50 mg tablets which should produce even more of an effect. Taking their product produced none of these effects, Like this is just a placebo to get you to buy the product. They finally refunded only half of what I spent even though I had only used one pill. Clearly not a worthy product

Scam Alert!!!!!!Stay far away.The moment you signup, they send meds every month. The only way to stop subscription or cancel membership is to explicitly call in and cancel.There are no cancellation options online in your account profile by design.Once product is "accepted" via shipment you can't return it.Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!When I explained that multiple times I denied their orders, a shipment showed up anyways.NO REFUNDS OR RETURNSSTAY AWAY. FIND A BETTER PROVIDER WHO'S POLICIES & USER EXPERIENCE ARE FRIENDLY TO THEIR CUSTOMER BASE.0/100 stars

"Money Down the Drain"
I placed an order with RexMD. It was not apparent to me at all that the order was set to autobill. I took one pill and could not deal with the side effects. I told my provider right away. When I learned that I was an autobill, I contacted them to cancel the order before the next shipment was sent out. They refused to cancel the order even though the shipment was not made yet. They have fine print saying that orders need to be cancelled within 12 hours of your monthly bill date. They refused to cancel the order or provide a refund. The customer services representatives I was dealing with were very rude. It's clear how this company is making their money. They are taking advantage of people with medical problems. Money down the drain. The worst thing is the way their customer representatives speak to you over the phone.
