"Took my money, no product sent"

I placed an order and received a appointment for a phone interview from Dr. Andrew Sakla. He never called, my order was not shipped and $102.00 deducted from my bank. Will not give a refund, will not ship product and customer service is no help at all. I am sure there are more honest people to deal with but I would avoid this bunch.

"They will not stop contacting you"

Their prices are higher than just about everyone else on the internet. The moment they get you contact information they will, email, text, and call you non stop. It took 3 separate requests for them to stop texting me before it finally ended. Based on my interactions, I would not recommend this company.

"REX MD Scam"

REX MD auto refills your order and there is no return of the refills or refund. They say you can cancel from your account page but You cannot. Only way to stop is to call, which usually is after the refills arrive, which can't be returned. A scam. I called so hopefully it is cancelled but who know with these Aholes!

"After waiting approximately 1 and 1/2."

After waiting approximately 1 and 1/2 months product finally arrived after calls,emails ,etc.even emailed Tanya (director of patient care) who I think is fictional because she never answered me.they changed pharmacys I was told, when I received my order, the product does not work like the old product, they use a company called camber pharmaceutical (they also have bad reviews about their products),needless to say the loyal customers are getting the shaft,bye bye rexmd

?? UPDATE!!??WOW!!! JUST WOW SO UNBELIEVABLE so per rexmds comment to this was to review was to contact them so I do and they said they still don't know there ass from a hole in the ground or know what the hell they are doing and still no closer to getting anything shiped out as of today so agean waisting my^%$$$@#% time WHO IS RUNNING REXMD??? MUST BE 5YR OLDS BUT EVEN 5 YR OLDS GET IT RIGHT SOMETIMES....not the customer service staff at Rex??MDWHAT A JOKE about 8 months ago I gave rexmd a bad review because they just couldn't get the delivery right, well one of there executives must of noticed my review and reached out to me and he and I talked and he offered 5 refills and Rexmd would pick up the tab , I then in good faith edited my review saying Rexmd had worked it out with meI wish I could tell you that was it But I wouldn't be writing this review....The 1st time I got my prescription no problem but EVERY SINGLE TIME since I've had nothing but headaches the last time I needed a refill I called june 25 it is now July 17 and it hasn't shipped hasn't been filled but at Pharmacy so now all I get is one ???excuse after another and them charging my c.c evehough they said it is supposed to be paid and then when I spoke to there lousy customer service all I get is that they don't know there ass from a hole in the ground I honestly don't know how they got as successful as they are but the way that they treat their customers that sure won't last too long I would think twice before spending my money with these guys and try hims instead

"Order Delay"

As with another reviewer, I received orders over the last year in a timely manner. However, my last order was placed and billed on 9/14/22 and the order still has not shipped as of 9/28/22. How hard is it to send out 30 sildenafil pills! I also talked with customer care and emailed as well. Like the other reviewer's experience, Rex MD said that "upper management" has been notified - but the order still has not shipped. Starting to wonder if this company is still viable.

REX MD Is astronomically overpriced. Be very careful when you order as you can't purchase anything without being signed up to a subscription. Total scam, Do not give this company any business
