The company seems reliable. They made a mistake in billing but Phyllis in customer support took care of it immediately

I had looked into a few providers for ED issues, and thought Rex MD looked the best. Their FAQ states "Order fulfillment generally takes less than one day". What they don't tell you is that once the prescription is sent to their pharmacy, it does not mean it is filled quickly. My prescription was approved 5 days ago, and it still has not been shipped by the pharmacy.

Had 2 scripts filled perfectly; then they pushed me to up the amount for the next script at a discount. I went for it, and they charged me for the full discounted script but never shipped to me. I waited, called, and emailed them over a month then I filed a dispute with my cc company. Just got a full refund. F.U. Rex

I have a monthly prescription - directions indicate to take once a day. The company sends the refill in intervals of far more than 30 days apart. I run out every month! I have called and just get excuses. Very poor customer service. May have to use a different company.

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. Like another victim stated they definitely do auto ship and hide that fact when you sign up. I didn't even get an email that the pills were on the way (and they are not cheap). By the time you find out they have charged your credit card it's too late they have already shipped the product. RexMD is definitely a shady company. Buyer beware !

I think my interface with Leah was satisfactory, but I don't completely trust the folks at REXMD. They make up their own rules and policies and those policies are difficult for a customer to learn.I ought not to have done anything to cancel my "subscription", which was not clearly delineated in the sales pitch, aside from forwarding WRITTEN instructions to cancel.I think Leah did a good job in the face of working for a marginally honest company.
