"They sent me wrong prescription"

They sent me wrong prescription, then I was told I would get compensated and a new prescription overnighted to me once I sent back the wrong medication. I never received and still haven't had any follow up a week later. So basically three weeks going onto a month, I paid and don't have my meds. Worst customer service by far!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is really good at taking people's money. Becareful when you are flipping through there site to purchase. Everytime I got a pop up asking if I want this or that I chose not to go with it. Some how I have a charge on my account for a shipment that I was never alerted to getting. Nor do I have the product. This is a really good scam handing out sugar pills. This fing company are thiefs and liars. I would recommend no one Ordering from this company unless you want to donate your hard earned money to the pigs they are. The servicing staff is horrible too. No help what so ever and I'm pretty sure when I asked for a supervisor that it was just another service desk rep. So you'll never get justification. Thanks for taking my daughters birthday money. Hope you enjoy it while she's out of her cake and party.

The worse online business ever . They constantly lie about shipping and will not cancel membership . The customer service department are a disgrace , seemingly uneducated people. An associate placed me on hold for manager for over fifty minutes. Manager informed me I couldn't cancel a order , even though the prescription wasn't available to ship . CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!

Not good, borderline criminal. Charges for orders they don't ship after a month and takes 5-6 days to reply complete repetitive nonsense in the messaging portal. Won't answer the phone or respond to email. Not good. Re: RexMd do not tell people to email because it does nothing. Sorry means nothing. If you have to say sorry in business you shouldn't BE in business.

"misleading emails to trick you into paying"

After being a customer for over a year i paused my subscription. I received an email stating that I had an order that was already paid for.if i would just update my personal info they would ship it out. I verified my info and they sent me a shipping notice. saying it would be shipped soon. They then tried to charge my expired card and sent me an email saying my prescription was on hold because of a failed payment. I called them and made them aware of the situation. They admitted that it was just a marketing email to get me to update my stuff so they could charge my card. i told them that is not marketing, but instead, dishonest.
