"Poor product delivery with excellent telephone Customer Service"
I liked Cassandra the Customer Service agent. She was very well spoken and professional. She seemed to know what she was doing. What I did not like is the fact that my prescription for 5 mg Cialis was billed to my credit card, but not delivered to me. Now, I have to wait another week for my prescription to become fulfilled. I found that Rex MD was more than willing to do a replacement for me without giving me an argument. So I give them an average rating overall. The customer service rep was very good, but the overall service was poor.

My credit card was charged over 1 month ago, and my prescription is still pending. No reply from a supervisor until my 6th call requesting assistance. That was a waste of time.

This is the third time I've complain about Rex Md they took my money out on the 25 th of November. I have call them four time all I get is Excuses. They respond back with a lady named Tonya well when I call Rex Tonya does not work there I don't believe she ever did work there all they do is take your money and put you off and they say they've change pharmacies we look at all the reviews this is all were seeing and they're taking people's money so I've called my MasterCard company and they said if they don't get it to you by Monday call us will put in a dispute and will get your money right back that's what you people need to do if you need to call your credit card companies get your money back change your number I got a new card, so I can't hit my account anymore they need to go out of business. You can buy 20 mg of Cialis at the good RX for five dollars a pill why do I want to pay a rip off company like Rex MD $10 a pill it's a no-brainer

The person on the phone assured me that I would not be charged $64, and I just got a notification that I Was charged through PayPal. Please reverse the cbarges. I can get this for free through my own MD.

I am going through the same situation that the previous posting described! I ordered Dec 30, 2022 & received a notice that my script had shipped on January 3rd. Actually, after checking, I saw that it was ready & a shipping label had been produced and it's waiting for pickup. As of Jan 16 it still has not shipped! I have called, emailed, sent support messages and still have no idea where my order is. Somehow they managed to successfully charge my credit card back on January 3 when the shipping label was created. I've spoken with two different customer service reps, had the issue "escalated" had a "ticket created" and still not a word from them. What is going on there? They must be going out of business!Addendum: I received a "request" from Public review to provide additional information to RexMD so that they could respond to, and confirm, my post, or my post might be removed. It's been an hour since the request was made and my response with contact information was submitted. Crickets..........Addendum 2: I'm not sure if this is a testament to the influence of Public review or if this would have happened without my post, but I was contacted and the situation was resolved with professionalism and with customer service a top priority. I do thank them for that and I thank Public review for whatever impact their platform contributed to the resolution.

I was alright with them for a few months, but orders were always slow. My last order was still pending 17 days after they collected my money. Emails went unanswered until I demanded a refund. Worst online customer service I have ever experienced.

They will offer you a trail package then sign you up for a subscription without consent. Then make it impossible to cancel. Very shady business practice. Contacted them multiple times to cancel with no response.

The rep was polite but apparently gave bad information. Placed my order on the 13th and ten days later, still processing. Make it make sense.
