I spoke with Taquesha today about canceling my prescription and that I did not need the meds at this time. She was very helpful . She told me she would cancel any new meds but leave the account open until August and someone would check back with me then.

I think your company is a bunch of crooks. I went on line and added my Credit card in order to get to the last page of non-sense to get to a doctor's recommendation. I called IMMMEDEITLY. when I did not get a doctor for recommendation on meds. It was and is a scam. I will be filing a comp[laint. I had to fill in each page to get to the point of finding out which drug was recommended. I want my CC info off your site and a refund. I WILL send the drugs back. Worst company I have ever dealt with You get NO stars. FRAUD.

"HORRIBLE customer service"

HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they send two days after I cancelled the order (after waiting a month), but they sent the wrong medication. I ordered tadafil and the sent sildenafil. I can't take sildenafil...then they told me to email the customer care email because they wanted to hear more about my story. That's the same email that told me they weren't going to help!! Serious lack of integrity.

Made a mistake purchase try calling right away bu because of the time difference couldn't I email right away then later got someone on the phone they said I couldn't cancel because it was in my husband name after he got home from work call again they didn't even ask for him and said they could not refund me that it was been process all in a matter of hours I know I made a mistake but it's $720 no compassion at all Please be extremely careful when ordering from them I was waiting for their coupon offer at the end of the transaction and never happened Shame on youAfter manny attempts of trying to solve this problem they keep sending the same ridiculous response

Leah S is the only reason I went up to 3 stars. She was helpful and professional. Rex MD since December would only get a 1 star from me. I have had problems with my orders since then. You take my money out of my account on time every month with no problems but my orders are not being shipped, I have been having to contact Rex MD several times with over 20 min wait times and keep being told the same thing with no follow thru with what you're telling me will be done.

Ordered on Jan 27th, was approved and charged $ 153.00 to my AMEX card. Next day was informed i was NOT approved, and would be refunded my $153.00dollars. NEVER was refunded the amount despite several calls and 20 min waits to REX MD. Am attempting to get AMEX to charge it back to them.As of Feb 23 I have yet to get my refund.These guys are CROOKS AND SWINDLERS....DO NOT TRUST THEM..............Thanks to Public review I received my refund within2 hours from AMEX. Much Thanks to TRUSTPILOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
