My prescription was supposed to be shipped 1/9, but never showed tracking# on the dashboard. Tried emailing and was initially told they were changing suppliers, prescription was OK, thanks for my patience. Week later, nothing and emails were ignored. Called (first of 3) and asked specifically if my prescription was still valid as the homepage keeps saying "prescription expired" and asking if I've had any medical changes. Answer the question, says it's being processed... and nothing. Said it will be "expedited"... never is. Call again, Prescription is OK but first agent never approved shipping. Say what? OK, so am told it will be expedited, website will be updated in 3 days so it stops saying "Expire, Action required". Today, not shipped... still saying action required and no shipment. Call up and after waiting the FIRST time for 15 minutes and being dropped I call back Finally get someone and they proceed to tell me my prescription is expired. Are you Kidding me? I tell them ship today or refund my money (they were on top of getting THAT done) and she says she'll try but call back tomorrow if it doesn't show shipped and they'll refund my money. Tell her I'm not spending another 1/2hr on hold so they will refund an unshipped order over 3 weeks late. I'll dispute with the bank and just move on to another company. Don't expect RexMD to be around much longer.

This company uses deceitful practices. Once you get signed up they do not tell you you will be getting a new supply and charged every 3 months. I went on line after getting the second shipment, which was a suprise to me, and cancelled. Well I got a third shipment and charge, when I called they informed me that I had not cancelled. They even went so far as to tell me that they had an online cancellation process that was confusing so it was removed. Now I am on the hook for a third shipment of pills that I did not want, and do not even work.

They do not tell you that thier pills are 20 mg viagra. Most Dr.s prescribe 60mg min. So ya it's cheaper per dose. But it's only 33% if a normal dose. Very deceitful.

This is a SCAM! Ordered a promotional amount (12 pills) and 5 mins later a rep called me. Said hey your 12 pills can be cancelled and replaced with 72 pills for only a couple dollars more. Naturally I said ok sure. On the phone the charge was reversed and recalculated. Guess what showed up. 12 pills, NO promo product which I was promised either. Fast forward from 12/8 to today 12/24 multiple messages on their "message service" about a dozen calls to customer service which is absolutely horrible and nothing! They promise your refund and additional pills is being reviewed by the doctor. It will be sent tomorrow, 48 hours, nope. nothing. I will be charging back my credit card unless I have this resolved immediately. I cannot get any answers from this company.. STAY AWAY!I update this review to say that after alot of back and forth, calling my credit card and even here at trust pilot REXMD did finally come through and send what is needed. Perhaps it was a mixup, perhaps it was intentional I will never know. The customer service team does care and will do everything they can to get things sorted out however know it is a very very very slow process... thank you REXMD for fixing my order and I have therefore adjusted your review.
