The call started out with some confusion, which got me a little irritated and your representative remained calm and took care of the situation very professionally until she came up with a solution. I'm satisfied with the result and, I have to admit, I didn't think I would be, considering how the call started. I will give the representative 5 stars for her professionalism.

This company took my money. They never even sent me my prescription either. I asked for a refund but they said they don't do refunds. I could understand that if I actually got my prescription but they just took my money and gave me nothing!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy from them. Big time SCAM!

Bought a three month supply of their generic viagra. Complete waste of money as all it did was make my face tingle. Not sure exactly what was in their generic pill but 100mg of anything should give results. Complained to their customer service and was told there was nothing they could do and wait for my billing cycle to come and change my prescription to something else.

"They try...but"
They try, but the service is just a mess. I have not had a single order work properly. Everything from misinformation, to major delays and most recently attempted fraud of over $6k to my credit card. They just can't get it right... Not worth the hassle or time since there are numerous other providers offering the same service.

I requested a refund for an item that wasn't shipped from REXMD. They tell lies that the item was shipped when it wasn't. This is the 2nd time they gave me the "run arounds". As of this posting, still haven't received any word from them saying they'll cancel and refund my money. I will not do business with them again. Steer clear everyone.

"Cancelled my subscription"
Cancelled my subscription. Their customer service insisted I had to pay for a prescription that hadn't even shipped yet. Had to contest charge w my credit card co. My credit card refunded the charge.They also used an old cc# I had DELETED from my account. In addition to trying to make me pay- they used a cc that they were not authorized to use. Don't waste your time and money with Rex MD.

"I highly do not recommend this company"
I highly do not recommend this company. First they do not send you the order and then make every excuse in the book as to why you haven't received it yet, then reorder it and it spent come. After weeks led to months, I decided to write a review on here and look who calls after having asked for a supervisor to call me back weeks before. Yes, but did they fix the problem? Nothing! They even send a FedEx tracking number and shipment is delayed. Weeks lead to months and they finally have it reshipped and it gets here. It was ordered in the first week of December and I finally get the in the last week of February. Don't make any concrete plans if you decide to order from them.Thanks so much! DN in Louisville

Rex MD continues to be shadyREX MDYes my claim proved right! Rex MD is SHADY business. After my first review in place, the response came stating that company rep would get back to me also e mail provided by Rex MD for to contact so that issue is resolved but1. Nobody called2. E mail provided to me was no goodSo this proves that company has no moral ethical values and shady. Until they grab your card, Rex MD is good and after that I had deal one nasty rep to get credit for the junk I did not even order.Very unethical if not fraudulent Business practice taking place. Customer service does not care to update your cancellation. Once they have your credit card you're in trouble They will keep charging. This company is nothing but a SCAM! First they contacted me about a pain cream medical grade, I'm a veteran with severe pain issues and never heard of this medicine they were offering for a trial ($5.95) I was filling out forms talking to a doctor sending photos of ID's, telling them my medical issues and what meds I was taking, at no time did I know it was all for scamming me into getting a monthly subscription (which at no time was I told about this monthly subscription ) and them sending it to me the next month without telling me in ANYWAY! when the trial medicine didn't even work for me! This company is in it for scamming people! Had this company been legit I would have gotten an email saying thank you for signing up for the monthly subscription of the following medicine and here's when your next prescription will be sent and here's the cost of the prescription, giving someone time to cancel or confirm this whole Scam process pretending to be a legit medical medicine providing company! I gave them medical information and my medicine list thinking they where a legit company when it's all about a pharmacy scam! I had to talk to a doctor to get this "prescription pain cream" which turned out to be non effective! Then out of the blue I get a charge for 84$ for this same tiny bottle of pain cream without being notified about any of the transaction, no doctor calling me asking me if it worked OUT AND HELPED ME and would I want to continue! NOTHING BUT A SHIPPING NOTICE AND A CHARGE I ALMOST FELL OUT FOR 84$! That I paid $5.95 for the same size bottle (trial bottle) and it went from $5.95 to 84$ without even a courtesy notice! Turns out they are a scam, nothing but a scam! This company doesn't care and all the information I sent I sent under false pretenses because I was lied to and conned, they need shutdown! Of course I called and told them It wasn't authorized to ship this shipment and so i wanted this scam cancelled since I wasn't told about it, oh no problem we will cancel it but since it shipped we are not giving u, your money back for something I wasn't even notified of, I would NEVER GIVEN THEM THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR THE TINY AMOUNT YOU RECEIVED, I'm a veteran I would never paid that much for anything unless it took all my pain away and it didn't even work at all! I would never had dealt with that company had they not lied from the beginning to the end about what they are after, MONEY MONEY MONEY! They cancelled the subscription I never knew they signed me up for and now I'm fighting to get my money back! They are scammers thru and thru! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING OR DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! ANY LEGIT MEDICAL COMPANY WOULD USE INSURANCE TO PAY FOR A LEGIT Prescription that is prescribed for someone by a doctor which is what occurred with me! When it came it looked like it was prescribed for me by a doctor! Scam scam scam!

I am sure I am just one of thousands that you are doing this to right now, but I guess I'll go ahead and play the role of the sucker and type out my woes.My script normally goes out on the 13th of the month and that was last Wednesday. Since its the Holidays, I figured that wouldn't happen, so I went in and paid for it to be overnighted (its says "overnight" on the site)Order didn't go out the 14th, didn't go out the 15th, didn't go out the 16th, and finally Monday the 18th it gets out the door - after I HAD to call...I find out this morning that it won't be here until Saturday the 23rd - which I doubt completely at this point.You didn't send it overnight, I paid for it - I want my money back now.Your incompetence is mind blowing - you ship little bottles of pills, you've been around for years, how can you continue to suck at this?Please dissolve your customer service team and department, they serve no purpose other than to further anger your already angry customer base.
