"Credit card charged 30 plus days ago - Order has not shipped"
RexMD charged my credit card on June 8th for a prescription. I sent an email and it took them about a week to respond telling me that they will expedite my request. I then called about a week ago and was told the same thing, but my prescription still hasn't shipped. Prior to this problem, my experience with RexMD has been pretty good.

Apparently, they have a "glitch". They can not fulfill my order or refund my money. I paid $161 for absolutely nothing!

"Waste of time and Money"
Never received the product after being charged over $104. Their excuse is a "glitch" in their system. They say I didn't answer the health questions when in fact they called me and every question was asked and answered. Was told they were expediting my case to their "team" yet 2 weeks later no movement has been made to correct the problem. I called back and requested a full refund and am currently on hold getting the "run-around". This complaint is not professional at all and I recommend not wasting your time or money with them.

I need something that works since I have had sleep issues for years..but.. in filling out the initial form to purchase (they offer 50% for 1st order) I realized I would be paying $120.00 a month for 11 months!! That's $1320.00 a year for a sleep aid!!I will continue my search elsewhere.

"Thought I was making a one time."
Thought I was making a one time purchase to try the generic cialis and was surprised by auto refill subscription. The product didn't work for me. Must been a bad batch because I've use the generic viagra prescribe by my primary care doctor and it was good. Call to cancel subscription and was told it will be cancel and I wiil get confirmation email. An hour pass and nothing then I message them on the website and finally got confirmation that it was cancel effective immediately. Hope I don't see another charge on my cc.

it started out fine. Product was fine. What they dont tell you is...you automatically MUST subscribe, and have subscribed if you place an order online. Got notice of a renewal order being charged to my account today without my consent, and they flat out refuse to cancel it and refund, even though it hasnt even shipped. What a lousy way to do business. All they had to do was cancel and I'd have simply ordered again as needed. Stay away from these guys. Anyone that forces an unwanted order rather than simply postponing it is not a trustworthy company. This will be a visa chargeback shortly.ETA: This is after being told in no uncertain terms by RX MD customer service that i was out of luck and it was impossible to do a refund after 12:00 noon...wth?? Then I asked for a supervisor who basically told me the exact same thing. Pretty much sorry about your luck fool, you shoulda read the tos closer.

Everything started out just fine ,I got my 1st order good product. I read the reviews being mostly positive, Only complaints on reviews is billing and charges not lining up. So I thought as long as I stated clearly and keep notes we would be on the same page. I was told that if signed up and a regular continued customer I would get a my per order down to $60 as long as I stayed for 3 month. This only happen on the first order in Feb, Come May They charged me $102.00 called to cancel, they said I had a three month commitment, I didn't agree to $102.00, Aug again $102.00, This is a shame because they have a good product, No need to DECEIVE guys like me, When we find a good product we are customers for life. Why deceive for a couple dollars when the long term returning customer dollar is 10 fold.
