I did receive txt message about 70% discount. When I ask about it I was told it will be later without any details. Is it kind of marketing trick only ?

"Not worth the effort"

Not worth the effort. Company has poor communication/customer service and shipping. You shouldn't get an e-mail saying it is preparing to ship, 7 days later have the money taken, and 17 days after that having to call customer service. Called a week before to cancel one of my prescriptions, never got the confirmation. Finally got ahold of someone who cares, unfortunately for them I was over the shipping run around. Communication is key, and they are very poor at it, billing someone for something that hasn't shipped due to a supply issue is very poor business practice. Would not recommend.

"Scam! Stay away!"

I've canceled my prescription 3 times and they continue to bill and ship. I've spoken to customer service and they give excuses and then tell me no returns or refunds. If anybody out there remembers cassette tape subscriptions, its the same scam. Do not use these online services, go talk to your doctor!

"Delivery issues"

I have had trouble with deliveries due to an address change. I have contacted RexMD 3 times concerning the issue. They consistently take out money from my account but I have not received my last to shipments btw as of yet. I spoke with Stacy on the phone and she assured me it was taken care of. Very sweet and friendly! Stacey gets good reviews from me.

"After I cancelled my subscription"

After I cancelled my subscription, which was very difficult, they kept shipping the meds and charging my CC without my permission. This was AFTER I deleted my cc# on my account.I already won a dispute against them thru my cc company. Will have to open another dispute since they charged me again.Do not use them. Scammers and liars.

"Change of address ignored"

After changing my address in my account, they continued to ship to my old address. After two emails and talking to customer service, no script and no refund.rx contacted me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction

"Another day still no communication from."

Another day still no communication from management as promised in writing. Along with expedited shipping. Zero communication both E-mails and phone calls. You will waste a lot of your time following up on your own. Further order placed June 8th is still 'processing.' This is not an initial order rather a continuation. If you are looking for quick turnaround and responsiveness this is not the right company for you. Today is June 16th and still being processed. Only way to impact change is to each day provide another review until commitments are met. Lowers the Trust pilot score. Which hopefully then will have impact improvements
