I'm a new customer placed an order on dec 3 2021 order went to processing on dec 6 21 now jan 6 22 still no shipment i feel that this is a SCAM can't get a refund I put a stop on an further orders very disappointing in reference to the response if you would do what it says on your website I wouldn't have to call and be on hold for another 45 min and get a lame ass excuse 24 to 48 hour shipping

"Beware the subscription prescription"
Beware the subscription prescription! They will send you an email about everything except when it's time to renew. I had a bad side effect to this medication (3month) supply so I discontinued using it and forgot to cancel the subscription. My order is being "processed " not even shipped yet and they say they can't cancel it due to policy. Even though I'm having medical side effects they are sending it anyway so they don't really care about the patient just the money. Thanks! I'm supposed to get a call Monday so will see if that happens until then they deserve 0 stars. I'm sure there's better companies out there!Update Mon 2/13/23So they responded by asking me to contact them again instead of getting a call back like I was told I would receive today. Also, they took my order off hold status and went ahead and shipped it anyway. Might just contact a news agency about this company. Very shady sending medications anyway when the patient is having issues with the prescription.

Well, this has been an experience. Don't sign up with this company is my best advice. Took my money right away, looong time to receive my pills, and then they shorted me 10. I had specifically told them I was NOT signing up for auto fill until I checked out the product, which is poor quality. Can't get ahold of customer service, had to cancel my credit card to keep them from sticking it to me even more. And do you notice; all the glowing reviews are for the employees of the company. Makes you wonder who wrote them, doesn't it?Anyway, I'm done with them and their sleazy outfit. Late shipment, short shipment, no access to customer service and a lousy product.

I ordered the product, never received the product, they drafted the money from my account and 2 months later, I still have no product or a refund. I have called multiple times and told them the problem, still no money or product. Robbers and thieves!!

Rep could not tell me what was in my order, I think there are 3 items in my order but he said no only the pills I ordered, so I asked if that is the case how much is rexmd charging me for each tablet and he said 8.50 per. Now the reason I was calling in the first place was to inform your company was to tell you that I found tablet for .87 cent. So let me ask you a question? What do you think l'm thinking about your company and my experience. I'm waiting for the package before I can make a decision.

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience. Placed an order 2 days ago. Realized today that I placed to large of a quantity. Called to adjust the order before they ship. They refused. No refunds! They have not even shipped. Called credit card now and filed a dispute. Will refuse the order and they lost a customer. Reps were nasty just said no refunds no changes.
