"I am unhappy with RX-MD"

I have been getting my medication from RW MD for about 8 months everything was find. My Complaint is they take out my money on the 25th of every month and then about 2 days later they ship it. But now it's been 9 days any no shipping day. Last month I call and they Said they change pharmacy so It was running a little bit late.I haven't heard anything from them again. This is bad business practice. If they can't keep up they need to leave my money alone till they can ship it. I am very dissatisfied customer.

"Watch out for the hidden recurring subscrition!"

While I was happy with the product, I feel they have a very dishonest and devious recurring subscription model. It is very unclear to me when I placed my first order online that this would be a recurring 3 monthly subscription. Not only was this very unclear from the customer portal, but there is also no way to cancel this recurring subscription from the portal, nor via email. I was forced to call them, and then made an offer to buy at a cheaper rate. I have cancelled and will not be buying from them again!

"Buyer be warned"

All employees were professional.Basically hidden that this was a monthly subscription and got billed/shipped before I could cancel so buyer be warned. RX MED did nothing to rectify this and basically said too bad that is our policy.

"Worst customer service ever"

First of all placed an order and it took 3 weeks for it to show up and when it did show up it wasn't even my prescription or the correct address so they sent a replacement which took another 3 weeks to receive and when I called to see what they were going to do for me for having waiting so long and they're mess up they told me they weren't going to do anything for me worst customer service I've ever had to deal with my whole life the people were rude and took no accountability for their mess up and treated me like I was lying

Bianca was professional and helped me quickly. FedEx has once again lost my order, so a replacement order was placed. I guess we'll see if FedEx looses the replacement order. RexMD seems competent but FedEx, not so much!

"My account was debited over a month ago."

My account was debited over a month ago and I still haven't received my order. Even after I answered the exam questions, there was no communication between intake and pharmacy so my order still wasn't shipped, yet you had no problem taking my money. It's supposedly shipping soon, a month later. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because Jonathon was helpful. If I don't receive the order I was charged for soon..I will call BBB and resolve this and take my business elsewhere
