"Started out fine"

Started out fine, first 3 prescriptions sent quickly. recently prescription had expired so I renewed it. Card was charged immediately, but 4 business days later still processing order, nothing has shipped although their policy claims to ship within 24-48 hrs. Sent email asking about this, no reply.

Rex md is a scam the products don't work they don't give refunds and can't cancel future orders. So stay a way from them.

The Cust. Svc. Rep. Phyllis was great. Not quite as impressed with RexMD. It did not work well for me.

I would have given 0/5 stars if that was possible. It took eternity for them to deliver my meds. It is also EXCEPTIONALLY DIFFICULT to cancel the monthly subscription. What's worse is that they automatically enroll you to the auto refill even if you signed up for just a one month order. You also cannot delete your card information from your profile. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

"No customer support"

Generic Viagra was not working for me in the recommended dosage. I left a message asking about an increased dosage and got a response that they would have the "doctor" respond within 24-48 hours. Four days later and I have heard NOTHING.I then left a message on their support portal. Heard NOTHING.I then emailed support...heard NOTHING!I think I am getting the picture.They took my money and RAN!Order # was 1808464.

Placed a reorder with them. Processed my payment within thirty seconds. I went to their site to check on shipping and continuously get notifications that the product had shipped. Tried to find a number to call to get an update and sell phone numbers have been removed from the site. DO NOT give these people your money. They started off good and have now just become a scam site.

Found out Viagara wouldn't work for me. They sent second order without notifying me. Now I am stuck with $60.00 worth of pills I cannot use and they have a no refund policy. Be careful with these people, they are not honest.

I'm not sure how this company has the good reviews it does. I made several orders and crossed my fingers they'd arrive. I've been waiting on my last refill for over a year and it's still a no show. I've called their customer service several times in the past and I've heard the same old explanation that "it's on the way" and "the Pharmacist needed to review your prescription again". If you order from these folks be prepared to fight to get it
