"THIS COMPANY IS VERY ERRATIC"

THIS COMPANY IS VERY ERRATIC. Meds can be delivered in a couple of days or weeks. If you call, they have no explanation. All they do is placate you: "Meds are on the way", even though they often are not. It can take 25 days to get the meds. I don't know the company size, but they act like three goofballs operating out of a garage.

SCAM If you go through the patient portal to cancel it looks as though you have canceled the reoccurring charges but if fact it does nothing. The only way to cancel is to call them and they don't issue refunds. So do not use this company. SCAM.
