"Here's the real review!"

Here's the real review!! You'll need a little bit bigger dose than ya think. It works great but it's not an aphrodisiac. Cancellation can only be done via the phone but Phyllis did a great job without high pressure to stay signed up- in fact I'll probably sign back up!

"I placed my order last week but my."

I placed my order last week but my package has not shipped. So i called today and Keirra was very nice and she told me that the person that took my order didn't link it to my medical form so it did not ship. I don't know why but she said she would fix it. I hope to see it soon.

"This company is scam"

This company is scam. I have order my pills for over a 3 weeks ago. Never got them. I called so many times ( customers service is horrible). They never want to refund my money. Sometimes they put me on hold and hung up on me. Guess what, I will never order anything from them again. And , i also, order the same pills ( cheaper) from Roman, and I already got them.

Rex MD took the money out of my account June 6 as of July no meds came every time I called they would look into it and we will send you a e mail after 8 conversation no e mails but I got my money back.a scam possible

"RexMD is a MESS and really deserves 0 stars ."

I'm giving 1 star and I feel like based on their service I am being EXTREMELY GENEROUS. Based on its competition It's an ok product HOWEVER the customer service feels like a scam. You could not ask for worse service. I was set up to receive quarterly, on Sept 3 I received my Rexmd package and it's was a USPS bag with an open bottle and 60 pills rolling around it. I called REXMD I was told no problem 5 different times then finally received the replacement package 10 days later. Ok no big deal I just assumed mistakes happen they make it very clear 3-5 business days but I moved forward. Then 3 months later I had $140 taken out on 12/13 (not an ideal time to be spending money) today is 12/22 and they still don't have my bottle even ready for shipping. 7 business days since I was charged and there's only a few different options so why would this ever take that long? Plus I was set up as auto pay so why wouldn't you have the product ready for me? You sure as hell made sure you got your money. I've tried Blue chew and HIMS products all similar but Rexmd is FAR AND AWAY THE WORST SERVICE. Call Blue Chew call HIMS call Lemonaid, but DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MICKEY MOUSE ORGANIZATION!

"Order Experience"

I placed an order and then another representative canceled my order when I had a follow up question. A third representative T'Aissja, who answered after I called back when I noticed in an email that my order got cancelled, resolved the issue and reinstated my order. T'Aissja (5 star rating) was very helpful and I look forward to receiving my order.

"Never trust Rex MD! They lie to you and don't issue refunds on extremely late orders!!"

I have used Rex MD for over a year. Recently (July 8th) I had placed an order that should have been delivered within a week. After 2 weeks I asked them to escalate my order. All I got were empty promises and having my account blocked from being accessed. I also tried calling several occasions to have them unblock my account. They told me that it was restored. Also a lie.Finally I got fed up (July 25) and located GoodRx a same day order & Dr. consultation, online chat session, along with a prescription issued & later local pharmacy pickup at drastically reduced price at $13 for the exact same medicine with the bonus of Double the mg dosage. After my success using GoodRx, I called Rexmd (July 26th) to cancel my order and refund my $51 purchase that still hasn't been shipped, and they make up a policy excuse that they cannot issue a refund once it has been sent to pharmacy for fulfillment. My question is, "Why do they believe they should be paid still, for multiple levels of incompetence and dishonesty?". Post Edit: Here is my reply to RexMd's reply. No need to be sorry, Just make it right! Refund my $51 as I have asked. Unless your sorry is just lip service, which I have received quite enough of already, from several of your Reps, including a supervisor. P.P. Edit: They finally shipped it and got it Aug 1st. Not what I asked for. Why do I want their 24 day late 20mg bottle of 30 pills for $51 when I have a new prescription through GoodRX for 50mg bottle of 30 pills for $13. Fact is Nobody would!
