The only thing that I don't like is that it takes 5 days from the day you process to the day you send it out for shipping..so then it could take over a week to get it..seems like it would be more convenient to ship same day..And yes I could go and adjust the time I want it. so it's there a week earlier..which I need to do.

Waiting 10 days for my order; customer service claims it's "shipped," but that only means a shipping label has been created -- that was four days ago and still no sign the order is actually on its way. Customer service refused to cancel the order.

I paid for my prescription back on November 26th that is now December 29th and I still have not received it but since then they've also taken money out again this month. I've called twice I've sent three messages through their website and through an email direct from my email and I still have not heard back from anybody. It kind of shocks me that they can forget the ship your prescription but they didn't forget to take the money out for the next month! This is not the first delivery problem I've had this is about the 5th... They're horrible!!!!

"Medical prescription mistake waiting to happen and rude customer service."
Second month after online cancellation of auto refills sent me a prescription that was not ordered and charged me $20 more than what I am normally charged. When I called to try to get the situation rectified I was met with they can't help me with the stolen funds from my card. The person on the other end of the phone was quite rude and really offered no help. I would not trust this company with a credit card. The irony here is I did not want to cancel my service but to be put on an as needed basis. Apparently they have enough business so they can afford to be rude. Seeing how this is a medical service mistakes like this are not acceptable. Medical mistakes cost the lives of way too many people to not try to fix the problem instead of trying to steal from your patients. As a family victim of a medical mistake with medication that resulted in a prolonged and painful death of my mother I am very sensitive to these kinds of errors.
