"Order Mixup"

Julie Grimes was courteous, professional, apologetic, and helpful in resolving my issue with an order mixup today. I am confident that my correct order will be soon shipped to me. I appreciate and applaud her. She is indeed an asset to the company.

Aissja was great. I told her I was not happy with the change to the round tablets they sent in the last order. She tried to talk to her supervisor but they were too busy. She was checking if it would be possible to go back to the diamond shaped tables I had been getting that were more effective for me. She said that the Supervisor would call me back but it never happened. I think I need to look for a better product source.Dee Dixon

"Don't give them your money!!"

Don't give them your money, was on second 90 day Prescription and they changed their provider. No notice of this change and pills were not what was advertised. Called customer service and no called back .Looks like a Generic response,I called on Friday and they couldn't help me and said he supervisor would call me back no callback of course. I sent a request from their website to speak with someone and nothing. Then just spent 20 minutes on hold and got hung up on.So I sent an email, expected nothing to happen. Did get a phone call from Tristan and help resolving this issue. Will update.

Hubby ordered in July/August and had very little effectiveness, forgot to cancel before second shipment. Went on website and suspended it in DECEMBER 2021, thinking that it WOULD NOT ship to me. Then, March rolls around and what do you know it does and we were charged. Didn't open the package and they refuse to take back which is BS! I will make sure to tell my 1000 friends NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. Only reason they get one star if because I had to to leave a review!Updated - 3/18/22 . emailed above address and no response

"Thieves and con artists!"

Just wanted some cheap generic viagra, ordered 8 pills (one time) for 40 bucks, a month and a half later, they stole 80 dollars from my account and said that I must have signed up for a subscription. Supervisor said he would listen to my recorded phone call (couldn't find it...shocker) never called me back. None of this was authorized. I don't even live where they sent the product (the one time) yet they say I signed up for a subscription for double the rate that I got the first pills for. Does that make sense? Do not trust these people with your financial info, they will continue to steal your money no matter what you get. Waiting to talk to attorney general, going to better business bureau as well. Never trust the internet! Just kept saying all I want is my money back, but they won't return it, no matter what. Horrible customer service and scandalous business practices.

"Horrible experience"

Horrible experience. You can't pause or cancel your subscription from your account, no mater what they say. They even give you an option but it never works. Then the email says that you have until the day before to pause your order. I called two days before and customer service, once I finally got through, told me that since the shipping label had already been created there was no stopping the order. Didn't mater that it hadn't shipped yet, just that it was created meant it was too late. One lie after another from them.

I spoke with Phyllis and she was very helpful and polite and I will recommend her to anyone that are trying to take care of their prescription
