Just spoke with Phyllis who was very helpful and courteous. Told her to cancel my subscription because I don't need to pills every 3 months. Honestly I don't know why or how I was put on a recurring schedule didn't ask for that and if I was put on that without my knowledge that's not good business because I would know if I asked for that and I know I didn't. Do not charge my credit card because that's unprofessional and bad business if I didn't give permission. Hope that's not how you do business. Do not want to be auto charged will freeze my credit card just to make sure it don't happen without my knowledge. If I had not looked at my email I would have been unaware of this business transaction and I would have been pissed because I did not request a refill and when I need one I will call and request one not every three months. Still have pills left from previous prescription. Please cancel my subscription and when I feel the need for a refill I will contact you then. Thank you. "I am disappointed to be continually."

I am disappointed to be continually paying $250 for being a long time customer while the new customers pay a a-lot less than that. It seems that you would like to take care of longtime customer and treat them special like the new customers. I will not be renewing my next prescription. The product has been great along with the customer service. To bad they do not value long time loyal supporters.

"Get your meds somewhere else"

I put my order on hold due to traveling. A day later my credit card was charged. I spoke to a rep, on the phone who stated " There's nothing I can do ". As of this review, the order is still on hold, but the charge still remains. Evidently, this company has no understanding of how a reputable company operates. You don't charge for something canceled, and you shouldn't have arrogant people handling customers on the phone.

"Non-refundable unrequested refills."

This company is set up to force you into multiple purchases. Unlike getting a prescrition from a drug store, where you call to get refills, this company automatically sends you refills and charges your credit card without notifying you. The only notice you get is an email letting you know the refill has shipped. At this point, you have been charged for it, whether you want a refill or not.When you call customer service, there is no way to get a refund or return an unrequested refill. Getting a prescription online and getting the product mailed to you is an easy process, but the way they manage it feels like a scam. An example of medicine for profit not for people. Also you can expect numerous promotional ads for other products in your email.

"File a complaint with your credit card company"

What I don't understand is if the person wants a refund and doesn't get it why don't they just file a complaint with the credit card company they used? You don't have to deal with anybody, your card is credited and they never get paid. In my experience this has never failed. Credit card companies deal with this kind of thing all the time and believe you me RexMd does not want to get a bad mark from a credit card company

Okay, this review is going to start horribly. (That's on RexMD, and they know it.)On a Sunday evening (1/9/22), I ordered a 30-count of Sildenafil. I went back to the site that same night and ordered a 30-day supply of their Prostate Health Supplements. I noticed in the 'order placed' email that, instead of the Prostate Health (which they tell me is just Testosterone), they planned on sending me Performance Wipes. I emailed the company immediately, trying to warn them that the wrong product (at the same price) had been ordered through their website. The next morning, just after 9 am EST, I got an email that the wrong product was being shipped, along with my Sildenafil which had been approved. I called the company and asked them to find my order before it went out, to prevent a problem. The woman I spoke to said that her supervisor wasn't in, but that they would call me as soon as she found someone. At 3 pm, I still hadn't received a phone call. I called back and asked about it, and was put on with a supervisor, who treated me like I was scamming the company. No matter how I tried to reason, she could find no evidence of the various steps I had made to fix this situation and basically said I would be stuck with what I didn't want. When the package came, it didn't even contain the Sildenafil that had been ordered, despite the company's website saying it had been shipped in the same order. I got MAD AS HELL and wrote a pretty scathing review here. Within 8 hours, Stefan, one of the co-founders, was on the case and doing everything he could to fix the problem. They were better than fair and better than their word. I was so impressed with the fixes that I decided I would be glad to keep on with the company for future needs. Not only RexMD make good on the original deal, they made sure I wasn't charged for what had been denied me. Basically, they gave me $60 in product for free and did it by personally following through to make sure I was satisfied. I'm happy to let them carry on being my supplier for ED product from here on in. The Sildenafil worked a miracle and has added something great to my life. Very happy with RexMD now!

"I placed an order three weeks ago and."

I placed an order three weeks ago and was charged twice by the original clerk, due to that mistake my order has been delayed, I've called the office three times and I keep getting the same response "they will forward an expedited request to the pharmacy" so frustrating because I'm leaving the country for the winter. I wish they have a better customer service, I have cancelled my three month subscription and will look else where for my future prescription.
