It is a SCAM in my experience. They state that orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within less than a day. My order at time of this writing has been in fulfillment for 4 days and still has not shipped. Called their support line, and asked to cancel my order and refund my money, but they would not, and just kept telling me to wait. So I waited another 24 hours, and it still has not been fulfilled or shipped. Chatted via their message service and the person responded said they escalated my concerns to management to get my order fulfilled. Then they advised me to call the support line again. Lastly, I also sent there Support an email requesting my order to be cancelled, my money refunded, my credit card removed from their file and my account deleted. On that subject, one you create an account, their site does not allow you to remove your credit card information, cancel an order that has not been fulfilled, nor allow you to delete your account. This feels like a "Bait and Switch" as they do not or at least have not with me, adhered to or followed all their promises as stated in their FAQ's.

No way to cancel on website although it says you can. No one answers the phone. On hold for an hour at a time until it just hangs up. No one answers email. They renew your prescription without your permission or request and just charge your card with no way to cancel meds, only delay. TOTAL SCAM BS
