Customer service immediately refunded the money, and Phyllis was quite nice and efficient. 5 stars to her. HOWEVER, Rex MD did, though, charge me for a new shipment of a subscription I canceled, last year, 8 months earlier. They "un-cancelled" it. How can that happen? Truly disingenuous. I only noticed it due to an email from PayPal

Signed up they took my money. When I check to see where my order was they said my order hadn't gone through. They refunded my money.. I had to wait for my money to get back in my account so I could reorder.. They told me they would give me a discount for the inconvenience. When I went to reorder because of the problem they just kept hanging up on me. Beware of the sneaky free gifts that they will bill you for every month and not tell you about also.. Will not do business with this company they did not honor their deal.

I bought the generic version of viagra(100mg). Did not work! $100 for 10 pills. They would not give me a refund. On top of that they charged me for a reoccurring purchase. They refused to refund me for that either. So I went through my credit card company to claim these charges. REX MD IS A BIG FRAUD!! BUYS B AWARE!!
