First the bad. I called three weeks prior and canceled my prescription. Today I received a text that my order had shipped. Problem.First it's BS that I had to call to cancel. Why can't I do it through the patient portal.The good. I called again and Phyllis was able to cancel the prescription and credit my account.The ugly. Rex MD has an air of sleaze around it. The first call was unprofessional, the BS of having to call to cancel and customer service reps seem to be pressured to meet quotas.

I received ramelteon to help with sleep. The prescription does not work. I sent 2 messagese to the physician no response. I called customer service and the agent also sent a message to the physician. I'm still waiting on a response.

Simple, this ED product does not work for me. I have taken other ED products that do enhance my sexual experience. I will change my credit card # to avoid any additional subscription refills. No returns or credit for unused medication.

My order was sent to my old po box when the shipping address is my home. I have no way to access my old po box. My girlfriend is in town for a week and I ordered early as I ran out. I'm hoping this is resolved before she heads back home
