This company promised I'd have my shipment before I left on flight on Sat this was Wed they took my money on Wed I called on Thurs to verify a supervisor promised that quote we could pull some strings and definitely have it to u Fri well Fri nite rolls around no shipment i call speak to another supervisor she says it won't be there till Monday I said that's unacceptable she said she refund my money well ten days have gone by no refund do not deal with this company they are plan out liars I'm in process of getting in with the bbb do not use this company you will be sorry Mike fanto florida

Charged me for a double prescription than only sent half, I've called 3 times and was told it would be taken care of and nothing has been done, Mariah gave me her personal number she said to call if it didn't get taken care of but she never answer, straight to voicemail. Now it's been 3 weeks and my next prescription will be coming which they will charge before and try to ship I'm going to try calling them again today to get this resolved but this is some serious nonsense and I am very upset about it. They took my order, charged me for the prescription and charged extra for fast shipping. It's been a week, and the order is "still processing". No response or contact from the company.At this point it's unclear if this is a complete scam, or just incompetence. But definitely not a company I would recommend.

I had received a message that I needed to finish my online visit and was uncertain as to what the issue was. Marquez was helpful in letting me know that everything was good and there wasn't an issue. The one thing that I didn't know was that the order I checked was a recurring order every month.

I tried their service again after a bad experience, and was disappointed again. Not only did they send me the wrong medication, again, but they took nearly 2 weeks to send it to me. Customer service is incompetent, and they make no effort to make amends or get it right. A truly terrible company.

This company is a scam. I have tried 3 times to cancel my prescription and they keep automatically sending and charging my credit card. Now I must cancel the card and go through the tedious process of changing my card number with other vendors.

My order is stuck in "Shipping" for almost 1 month. I contacted support and they answered with the same excuse that other users have said here: "We're changing Farmacy"... But they took my money almost 1 month ago. They need to understand that when we order a prescription is because we need it ASAP. They should not take your money until the actual shipping day, just as Amazon does! Very unhappy. Will be requesting a refund shortly :(UPDATE: They, in fact, shipped my prescription shortly after I posted this review. I received a bag and inside the bag, I found the bottle opened and the pills all over the bag. I contacted support and they asked me to send pics... Seriously???
