"This company rips people off"

This company rips people off. They are liars and thieves. Offered me a "spring special" of 36 pills for $108. Billed my credit card and then only sent 12 pills. Refused to rectify the order. I canceled and will never do business with such a dishonest company. Take your business elsewhere. They are thieves. Their customer service is horrible, and they seem to do this to many customers.Edit: After this review posted, Rex MD. sent me the reply below. This, too is a lie. They have already refused to provide me with the full prescription. They are liars. Don't trust this company for one minute. They are thieves. They will call you, and offer you a good "special deal", then stiff you. And tell you that "there are no refunds" and "There is nothing we can do for you". Liars.Addendum: their response to this review was utter crap. Their answer when I did what they suggested was the same bull I got from their customer service. Just wasted more of my time. They stole my money, and they won't give it back. This may be the worst company on earth. Don't EVER buy from them. Rex, MD rips people off. What a scummy, disgusting company.

"Buy the "LEAST" amount to try 1st!"

Don't get caught up in the Sales Gimmick of REXMD like I did! When purchasing, they keep pushing you to get more for a so called savings.I got 30 Sildenafil 50 Mg Tablets.It says take 1 to 2 Tablets, I only took 1.They did absolutely "nothing" for me except gave me a massive headache. I am glad I did not take 2 to start because I can't imagine a worse headache than the 1 gave me.Their 100% Satisfaction you read on the internet is "not" true.I just called and spoke to a representative that told me once the Prescription is sent out, there is no "Refund" and you can not return the product to them.I think their Satisfaction Guarantee is misleading.I would have gladly returned the remaining 29 tablets.

Really easy to manage and complete order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I was missing an item in my order. Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond so I'm expecting everything will get resolved promptly

"VERY deceptive about recurring charges"

This is not a review of their products, but their business tactics. I have ordered two different products from these guys, one an oral prescription, the other an herbal supplement. BOTH times, I only later discovered that I had entered into an "auto-renewal" program, and would continue to be re-billed in perpetuity. I do not recall EVER signing up for this when I ordered the products. On top of that, they don't give you any prior notification of upcoming shipments (for which you will be charged), and then will not accept any returns or refunds. And on top of THAT, they refuse to remove your account from "auto-renew" when you email them. They force you to call their "customer service" phone line, which inevitably has long hold times. So in sum -- they deceptively hide it from you that your order will be "auto-renewed" and perpetually re-billed; they will not accept returns or refund anything; and they make it a real hassle to get your account out of auto-renewal. This whole setup is dirty in my book.*****UPDATE 5/27******* I was finally able to get a refund on this, and got satisfying responses from their customer service people... after posting my online reviews such as this one. Improved my rating to 3 stars.
