"Y'all took my money out of my account."

This issue was resoved and they handed it very well!! Yall have my email how else do you think i found out that yall told me i had to do a bunch of other stuff after you took my money and said you were shipping my medicine and that i would have it in 3 to 5 days. And its still not shippied i told the supervisor that i wanted my money back Saturday and she lied and said everything was fine then today its something different IM DONE I WANT MY MONEY PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!!! They will take your order take your money out and tell you that your order will be shipped. Then 2 days later send you a email saying that you have to up load photos then something about a dr. I called and talked to a supervisor and she assured me i was good that they would not be refunding my money now today i get a text saying that my medicine will not be shipped untill i do the photos. All you get is the run around Y'all took my money out of my account and said you would send me my medicine then you send me an email a day later it's like I've got upload photos and all kind of crap so I spent 30 minutes on the phone and then I got a supervisor and she assured me everything was okay now y'all send me another text today saying I've got upload photos again I want my money back every one of you has told me something different all you doing is trying to run a scam on me I want my money back I want my money put back in my account today

"Good online medication service but deceptive about auto renewal cancelations"

6/22/23:I called to cancel my prescription because the automatic renewal was far more than what I needed. On the phone I was directly told by a representative that they can instead cancel the auto renewal, and I will only receive refills upon my request. 7 months later they randomly placed an unrequested order and charged my card. After contacting them they refused to provide a refund and claimed I set up a "push rebill". At no point during the phone call did the representative ever mention that they would restart the recurring payments at some unspecified timepoint. They did, however, directly state I would receive no further orders unless requested. I would stay away from this fraudulent company.6/26/23:After publishing my initial review and initiating a chargeback I was contacted by customer care and provided a refund. I will give 3 stars because initially setting up a prescription is fast, the website is easy to use, and I was satisfied with first 2 valid orders I received.

"I postponed my order for 90-days about."

I postponed my order for 90-days about a week ago and then got a message today saying the next order is shipping out. I had to call to speak with a rep to straighten things out. The rep was helpful. Please check the member portal. It does not appear to be recording my request and stopping service. Than you.

"Dispute resolved"

I ordered from Rex Med on 10/27/22. I was very careful to make sure I did not authorize a recurring order and charge. Much to my surprise three months later they charged my visa account again I called the very day of this charge before the meds shipped and at first they refused to even consider canceling this unwanted order, then a few hours later they, apparently after consideration by folks higher up the chain they did cancel the order and refunded my card. I have edited and changed my review based on the positive actions of the company.

"Never received and order but charged anyway. Scam!!!"

Signed up for a prescription, and the company claimed the order was shipped via FedEx. I never received the order. I've never had a FedEx issue before with any delivery. When I tried to track the order, all FedEx showed was a paper saying it was delivered. Amazon always snaps a photo of the delivery on my porch. I called the company, and Candice with the support rep. She said I would have to call FedEx and track down the order. I suggested that was the company's responsibility. I asked for a supervisor, and she claimed the supervisor was out to lunch (apparently only one supervisor on staff). I said I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if RexMD was unable to deliver. She said they have my credit card number, and they would charge me anyway. I asked for my prescription to be canceled, and she said she did that. I asked for an email as proof, and she refused to provide that. Avoid this company!!! The whole thing feels like a scam. btw....you can't remove your credit card number from their site, and she can't cancel online. Save yourself the money and hassle, and avoid this company.
