Sent two emails to contact someone and never got any reply. So, I called today to ask questions about my order since they never replied. They told me it would take 7 to 10 days to ship. I told them that if they used TEVA 5343 not to ship it, I had a whole prescription of them (64 pills for $154) and they did not work. Told me that they would be shipping TEVA 5343 couldn't stop the order even though it hadn't shipped. No way to return or get a refund. Now stuck with $230.00 worth of medication I cannot use. So, if you have any problems, don't expect a reply or refund in any way.

Don't use. Tried to place an order on a Sunday. The price was posted at $81 but the site said there was a problem placing order. So I called on Monday to get the order through only to learn that it had gone through but the cost was $270. I told the representative to please cancel the order but she refused. Then they sent me an email and a text and called me asking for additional information before they could ship the product but they still charged me $270. Still no shipment and still charged. The representative when I called a second told me "the doctors had already been paid" and he couldn't cancel my order. I am fighting this through my credit card. Go elsewhere - there are many other services out there that are much better such as Hims and Friday Plans.Follow-up: RexMD replied that someone would reach out to me to resolve the issue but no one has called yet. I'll give them another day or two and then update this review.

"Never shipped my prescription"

I recently had a bad experience with Rex MD and my review needed to be revised. I ordered my prescription on November 10tj and the cost was removed from my bank account on the 12th. I called customer support no less than 5 times and my order never shipped as of November 24th. I paid $20 extra for overnight air and have had to be refunded the price of my order. Roman is much better.

Buyer beware! Your order will not get shipped to you, IF customer service answers they will straight up lie to you , you do not get a response from email or support tickets. They charge you immediately then your order goes into a black hole. My order has been stuck in the "order processing" stage for two weeks! I have contacted support from the website and email and received no response. I finally got through to phone support and got a cryptic response , the agent said "there was an issue in the workflow, your order will be processed today or tomorrow", that was a week ago and its still not shipped. I even emailed the lifemd.com address that they post here and have received no response.At this point im sure I've been scammed, I'm going to have to cancel the card I paid with. Im afraid that I will be charged for the second month and end up with two orders stuck in the "order processing" blackhole.Don't shop at RexMD. Like other reviews have said, it is a SCAM and borderline illegal

"Tanika Was Very Helpful"

I called customer service because I was charged for my next refill even though I had already canceled my subscriptions. Tanika listened patiently to my situation and then put me on hold while she researched my problem. She actually went back and reviewed my records and informed me of how the situation happened. She then quickly got a resolution for me and explained how the process will unfold moving forward. I am so thankful for Tanika's due diligence. I thought I was going to have to go back and forth to get the problem resolved but she took care of everything and made the whole experience painless. I canceled my subscription but it was not because I was dissatisfied with the service or product. Thank you, Tanika, for taking care of me.
