"Been waiting two weeks for my order"

Been waiting two weeks for my order. Have not received an email, a phone call or anything however, they'll text you up to three times a day when it's time to renew your order. I understand it's a business but they definitely place money over customer satisfaction. This will be my last order as I will seek other options!

I have 2 orders that were placed several weeks ago but I have not received yet...both orders have been paid for, but neither item has been shipped yet.

Rex Md sets up auto refills so beware. They also don't email when your prescription is up for refill which can be a big waste of money if you don't need it and aren't aware. I called customer service on this issue and emailed about this when I saw the charge on my card and recieved no response.

They charges my credit card Last October 6 but the medicine wasn't ship nor pick up by usps. I keep following up even renewing the said prescription but still until now, i haven't receive the new tracking # and evrything was they said was lie and promise. Now is Dec 17 and nothing happen. NEVER NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN!!!! This is the Usps shipment for Oct 6 that wasnt delivered! 9400136105440471142462 and they will keep promising you to deliver.Order # 4629940 Date: Oct 6 ( not delivered! Nor pick up by usps)Order # 4751291Date: Nov 15 ( as a replacement)But until now dec 20 is not yet pick up nor ship!!!

Rex MD took out more money than they had been authorized to , Anna was VERY helpful in getting some of my monies back, and then , rexmd seems to think I had a positive experience, why does rexmd think that their taking out an xtra $250 from my account without telling me that's what they were doing was a positive experience????

"Lack of integrity."

I ordered in May, never heard a back. I contacted the Dr several times. I cancelled because I wasn't getting any help. Two days after cancelling, they sent the order. I reached out and told them to cancel, cancelled prior to the order being sent out or ANY form of communication coming from them. Contacted customer support for refund since I cancelled before the order was ever sent. They denied the refund saying they don't give them. I emailed back and they said they would take it to "upper management" and it could take up to 30 days. Within 24 hrs, they denied and refused to let me talk to anyone above the person I was emailing. Absolutely appalling integrity and customer service. Especially for a customer. They lost one!! Disgusted in the lack of integrity and business tactics.REPLY - that email is who told me what I wrote above. I asked to speak to someone from upper management since they said thats who made the decision...I never got a reply.

I have placed an order over a month ago... I was told 2 weeks ago that it will be sent that Friday or the following Monday. It's been 2 solid weeks and I have already paid for the script but can't get the product. I have been lied to over and over.....I have asked for a refund and they say they can't give it to me because my order is still processing but yet they were able to cancel the other when I changed medication.. and if I do get my script it will be my last from here and I will never recommend this place.
