The website leaves a little to be desired. Robin was able to help me navigate to the info that I needed. My frustration was leading me to question my choice of nbkc. My conversation with Robin (and there was a 2nd call also) made me glad that I didn't change my mind. I have dealt with many banks and my call with Robin was the best customer service experience that I can remember.
