As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect from this process. It is very daunting making the largest purchase of your life and it is so valuable to have a great guiding hand throughout the process. I am an airline pilot, so I have an uncommon payroll system that proved complex for our first local Loan Officer. After that experience, my wife and I started looking around for a more specialized Loan Officer. We found NBKC after it being recommended for Airline Pilots, and that was an excellent recommendation, indeed.Throughout the process, Michael LaMont was always willing and available to answer all of our questions. He would text us regularly during the process of seeking out a house to see if we needed anything from him, just overall great service.When it came time to see a house he was always ready to update our pre-approval letter for that specific house, and I mean he is fast, usually within 20 minutes.Michael was so ahead of the game during the actual purchase he had to wait for the other parties involved to do their part.
