Biz customers here. Online access is shut down if a check bounces. That is complete BS. Hey, you need to remedy a situation but we're not going to give you access to your account so you can see what needs to be done. Oh what else...had an ach push on Jan 4th...still not in my account. Good banks take 24 hours or less. This is not a good business banking entity. This is not a real time bank. Lets see, had my card shut down for fraudulent activity once, but the only notification was via their online banking message system. I hadnt used my card in about 3 days and then when im 90 miles from my shop, my card didnt work. How hard woild it have been to make an automated call or send a text to inform me of this? Answer...not hard for most banks. And to end...They are SLLLOOOOOWWW. Soon as that ach hits, I'm closing this terrible account. Folks, they may be a decent bank for mortgages, but biz checking, nope. Do better nbkc!
