After previously writing a good review about my experience, I am a small trucking company who recently opened an account with this bank. I've contacted them on several occasions, trying to understand how to maneuver their business banking. You can't easily move money to other accounts, which is weird, but ok. Not the issue at hand. Last night, I was locked out of my personal account and my business account for no reason. I went to the ATM to see if I had any money left and it showed a negative balance of almost 10 million dollars! Of course there is no one to help, no after hours numbers, so I filed a local police report. I have a deposit coming in today which I don't know if I'll see and now who knows how shady this bank really is? I liked them at first because our deposits were quick, but I'll just go back to our old bank. This is terrifying and an awful way to do business.
