"Awesome Online Banking Experience"

We have been a business banking customer for about a month and the customer service is so great. They are very helpful and very patient with my questions. The only issue at the moment (which in our case isn't a big deal) but you should be aware that new accounts have an extended hold time for all deposits, mobile deposits, and ACH deposits due to them verifying all incoming monies. You should not immediately move all your money to NBKC but do it in small chunks when your account is relatively new.

At one point through the process, when I started to get discouraged, he reassured me, "Don't worry, we're going to get through this together". In my experience, that type of personal touch is uncommon today but I think that it makes all of the difference. He was consistent about maintaining communication throughout the whole process.NBKC has extremely competitive pricing structure, their document submittal and signing procedures are clean, modern and efficient and the entire process was quick. My loan application date to closing timing was just over 3 weeks.I cannot overstate how impressed I was with everything about the experience from start to finish. I found NBKC on Nerd-wallet and I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them to a family or friend. A+.
