Honest and transparent loan officer while still being very cheerful and friendly. Pushed things forward where every broker and attorney were lagging. Incredibly fast at work. I had zero worries from start to the end. No surprises.With arguably lowest interest rate in the market, you typically don't expect great service. But I got top notch service.One last thing- I am deaf and I cannot talk over phone. I let the loan officer know about this. He immediately understood and communicated with me over text and email throughout. I never felt that I was missing out on anything due to not talking over the phone. The loan officer patiently wrote everything down in text and email. Kudos on being super accommodating!

Most importantly, he was always available to answer our millions of questions. He was available anytime we reached out, and was quick to calm us down anytime we had a freak out. He's a great guy and we are very grateful that he handled our loan.

I switched to NBKC several years ago after my credit union decided they were more concerned with squeezing more money out of small businesses. I am so glad I made the switch because NBKC has been fantastic! When I call, which is usually my default, I'm able to speak with a live person. The wait isn't super long, either. I had an issue with a contractor a few months ago, and the NBKC team was able to swiftly resolve the matter and get me my money back. I am beyond pleased with the level of service and attention I get from them as a bank.
