I am extremely happy with the rate that Ms. Runk secured for me. I never felt I was being taken advantage of during the process and infact I felt that Ms. Runk was working hard to make sure that I would be happy. Even though we were thousands of miles apart I always felt I could reach her anytime that I had questions as if she was just next door. I will definitely use NBKC again if interest rates drop or I need a home loan. Thank you Jackie Runk and NBKC for a great experience.

"Totally useless bank"

Totally useless bank. They took my deposit and then never let me use it. Acted like I'm a criminal or something. Froze my account and my money for food I cannot use. Several phone calls and emails weeks later and I still don't have my money. They closed my account and said they sent me a check. Never received anything. They treat normal people like sewage. Which would be a better name for their bank. First bank of refuse would work. Or put your money in first bank of the toilet and well flush it for you, may be more appropriate.
