I've known Jim Schneider for approximately 8 years. I kept his name and information all of these years and called on him recently to purchase a home. I was so relieved to know that he still work for nbkc that says a lot about a bank. Hardly anyone in the banking and mortgage industry stays with their employer for more than a few years. Jim was there throughout the entire mortgage process and answered every question I need and they were absolutely no surprises or no gotchas. This is the second closing I have ever closed on in my life that closed on time I've owned 14 properties over the past 30 years. Again only two clothes on time they're always 11th hour surprises. This was one of the two that closed on time. Jim is an asset to nbkc and I look forward to doing business and referring business to nbkc.
