My experience with NBKC was average. I appreciated the effort Brad Kanady put in at beginning to help me get a great rate. I felt the closing process was too long. I had to provide documents multiple times and I had to reach out to see where the process was at. Generally when I called for an update I was told that I needed more document. I felt like there was an organization or communication break down.Brad was very helpful and responsive at the finish line to help me get an earlier closing date.
