We had an excellent experience with NBKC processing our VA loan! Chad Kreutzer was our loan originator and demonstexceptional communication through the entire process. He was available every time I called with a question despite being in a different time zone and educated me throughout the process. My realtor and title company complimented Chad and NBKC at the closing saying, "it was the best experience we have had with an out of state lender, very smooth!" I felt extremely confident in the security of the system they used for digital signatures finding it to be intuitive and easy to use. I highly recommend NBKC for your next mortgage!

My loan officer Mark Quinn was excellent. We went through this process without a realtor, and so we had plenty of questions along the way. Mark, and NBKC generally, were quick to answer, and very patient with answering all of our follow-up questions. The process was very transparent and, even though we were buying on a pretty rapid schedule, I never felt like we were waiting on NBKC to do its job. Fees were lower than some other lenders we considered, too, which is always good.
