I had a bad experience with a previous mortgage company. One person would ask for documents, and another would re-ask for the same documents (classic case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing). As such, I became frustwith the delays that were occurring. I then looked for another lender, and happen to find NBKC bank online. I contacted NBKC bank, and Mike Limback, the loan facilitator responded. Mike was with me throughout the whole process, ensuring that I was up to date with the required documents, and offering good advice. The fact that I was able to close within 34 days is mostly due to Michael's due diligence.
